Ideally Located

This furnished home is located in Milpitas in Santa Clara County, just north of San Jose. Set between the two major freeways (I-880 and I-680) of Silicon Valley, Milpitas is prized for its convenient location and is home to Cisco, Lifescan, SanDisk, and several other major tech companies. The city is diverse and has a well-educated population and excellent schools, making it a good choice for families. Milpitas is home to great shopping, including notable Asian markets and The Great Mall of the Bay Area. While most residents rely on cars to get around, a light rail line opened in 2004, and an extension of BART is planned for the near future. Milpitas is progressive and conveniently located, making it an ideal Bay Area location.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Parking is offered based on availability and is subject to a fee.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.

A security deposit of $500 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
