Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Family Friendly

With the 4 bedrooms and 2 bath, we had a nice family reunion in San Jose. Lots of space and conducive to family togetherness. Clean and easy to navigate. Close to the things we wanted to enjoy.

Stylish and clean house in a great location

We loved our stay and had a wonderful visit! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfy. It was quiet too. There were just a couple of small things that could have made it five stars for us, such as a more comfy couch and more than one towel in the kitchen. However, we would stay here again, especially since it was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, at a great location.

Good for families.

We came for a family reunion and this location was perfect! Definitely a quiet and residential neighborhood, but close to everything. The house was very clean and we enjoyed eating outside on the porch. Definitely a good spot for a family! One feeding would be, there are no mirrors in the rooms, but that was not a huge deal at all.

California surprise bday party

We were there for 4 nights, the house is located in a good location for us. Only issue was we lost power the last evening we were there which is no fault of the property owners. A couple of battary power lights would have been nice. We got by, I would recommend this place for any family looking to stay together.

Wonderful Santa Clara gem

We came in for three nights for a graduation and could not have been more impressed by the home. Immaculate and easy to navigate, the rental was designed beautifully for our group of four adults with plenty of space inside and in the backyard to hang out. Conveniently located to all of our commitments too. The only thing we missed having was a long mirror in a bedroom to check out our outfits for graduation events. That’s a simple fix. Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing!

Lovely Home

We had a wonderful stay here. House is clean and well stocked. There are a couple of small things that would make it an even better experience: some kind of information sheet with details on how to work the tv, where the washer/dryer is (we never found it - didn’t ask as we ended up not needing it), what to expect for checkout procedures (as the app makes you wait until close to checkout to read the info), etc. Some info for others to know: the master bed mattress is very soft - I loved it, but my husband prefers a firmer mattress - so this definitely comes down to personal preference - just something to know in case that’s an issue for you. Also we couldn’t get hot water out of the master bath sink - shower was fine - again, we didn’t raise the concern on our trip as we were able to use other sinks - but something the manager should look into.

Clean, comfortable and safe

This property is the cleanest rental home I’ve ever stayed in. It is very nice and has 4 large bedrooms. Even though it is located near a busy road, it is incredibly quiet at night. The beds are very comfortable and we slept well. The property management company responds quickly and check in was easy. They do have rules they expect you to follow but, for our group of adults that wasn’t an Issue. Having rules is probably what has made it possible for the home to be in such good shape. The driveway is small, you will have difficulty parking more than 1 car in it and cars that are low to the ground will scrape. Only the primary bedroom has an en suite. The other bedrooms share a bath. The kitchen had everything we needed. This was a very nice property and in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again and recommend!
