All three en suite bedrooms face the expansive beautifully designed back garden for maximum peace and tranquility. All bedrooms have incredibly high end quality beds with 1000 thread count cotton sheets and a mix of different feather and fiber pillows for maximum comfort. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the third has a queen size bed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need to cook. Full-size refrigerator with ice maker, Smeg blender, Smeg toaster, Nespresso maker, Nespresso frother, full size oven and microwave. Air conditioning and heat separate in each bedroom as well as living room. Parking comfortably for up to three cars as well as a high-speed EV charger for electric and hybrid cars.

Outdoor patio includes dining table for eight people, two large chairs that face each other for relaxing and looking at the beautiful pool and sea views. A separate grill area with Weber grill and refrigerator perfect for entertaining next to a giant pergola with huge C shaped sofa looking over the pool. Gigantic salt water heated swimming pool 10 m x 5 m, four single chaise lounges and 2 double chaise loungers with umbrellas for sun protection including an outdoor shower. The house also includes a lookout point up a full flight of stairs with a two person hammock bed, so you can look out to the sea and read a book or just take up very well deserved nap.

The back garden includes newly beautifully designed gardens with two large sofas for relaxing as well as a stunning Fire Pit for looking at the stars at night. For melting your troubles away into your most relaxed state of being, we have a brand new Jacuzzi and state-of-the-art sauna that can fit up to six people.

This house is perfect for a family of 6 or up to three couples that want to enjoy time together yet want lots of privacy. Villa Calma provides a sanctuary of peace, calm and beauty to truly reconnect to yourself and your loved ones. Enjoy the sunrise every morning from the lookout point on top of the Villa or a morning coffee listening to the birds and taking in the ocean. Take a gorgeous dip in the pool after a long day at the beach. The environment is perfect to create long lasting memories that will not be forgotten.
