This fully renovated property is located in a quiet beach front community and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and beautiful beach days. This home sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The property has cable TV, wifi, and a desk. This location couldn't be better. There are a multitude of outdoor recreation possibilities as well as night life, entertainment, tiki bars, resorts, and shopping nearby. A golf cart and beach gear are included with this property. The community has a large beachside pool and a recreation center with a gym, as well as 3 bath houses and a boat ramp.

Beach, river, or offshore fishing is excellent in this area. This is a paddlers and boaters paradise. If you are looking to lounge at the beach or pool, these beaches are endless and our private beach access means no crowds. The pool is the largest community pool on the island, with plenty of lounge chairs, a tiki hut, and room to spread out. Nightlife is amazing nearby with downtown Jensen Beach and downtown Stuart. Quality live music with no cover charge can be found at many locations any night of the week.

If you prefer a lifeguard, there are life gaurded beaches close, at Jensen Beach/Turtle Beach and Stuart Beach, as well as Waveland Beach. Resorts and restaurants are nearby and shopping is a dream in Jensen Beach and Stuart.

Load up the golf cart with your beach gear for the day and take a short ride across Ocean Drive to the community's clubhouse, pool, and beach. Explore the WMV community in your golf cart, and drive to the boat ramp at the west end to watch the sunset over the beautiful Indian River Lagoon.

The community boat ramp is also the perfect place to launch your kayak or paddle board.
