The main floor boasts an inviting open-concept design, with a kitchen, dining area, and living space, all framed by a wall of glass under a soaring vaulted ceiling—offering breathtaking lake views.
The lower level continues the open design, featuring an additional living area, a ping pong table, and a walkout to the expansive lot and the tranquil lake beyond.
Indulge in the expansive deck with glass railings that offer panoramic views of the lot and lake, or unwind beneath the shelter of the covered deck. The massive dock provides another fantastic spot to spend your day.
The cottage is located in Winters Bay and faces west–southwest. The sun reaches the dock around 10:30 a.m. and shines there for most of the day. In the evening, you can enjoy stunning sunsets while relaxing on the dock, the deck, or during dinner—often truly spectacular.
This is a truly exceptional retreat—a perfect haven to escape and rejuvenate in spectacular surroundings.

Rental Contract Required
Sleeps: 10
Max. occupancy: 10 including infants (No more than 7 adults)
No smoking,
Dog only, Max. 2, small to medium only, no “muscle” dogs
No Parties or Events.
No Groups of individuals
Primary renter must be 35 years of age
**Although there is a cleaning service, renters are still required to leave the cottage in a neat, clean, and tidy state. Please remember this is a privately owned home, not a housekeeping cottage or hotel. Extra cleaning charges will be billed if necessary

While we do provide a cleaning service, it is essential for all guests to leave the premises in a neat & orderly condition upon departure.
We would like to emphasize that our cottage is a privately owned home, not a housekeeping cottage or hotel. As such, we appreciate your understanding and participation in keeping the space well-maintained.
In the event that additional cleaning is required, extra charges will be charged accordingly.
We genuinely appreciate your respect for our home Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you have a wonderful stay at our cottage!
We`re delighted to welcome children and infants to this cottage, and many happy families have visited! However, we want to stress the vital importance of providing close supervision at all times. It`s important to note that while the cottage is child-welcoming, it may not be specifically designed or equipped for your child`s individual needs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee or imply suitability tailored to your child(ren). To ensure their safety and well-being, we strongly recommend that children are closely supervised at all times throughout their stay. Our utmost priority is for everyone to have a fantastic and enjoyable time at our cottage!
