Nestled a brief stroll from the white sands of Holmes Beach, Island Girl offers a captivating retreat with a wraparound deck overlooking the lush private yard and vibrant pool area.

With both sides of this spacious duplex at your disposal, you'll find ample room for up to 12 guests, boasting two of everything – living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, and more!

Craft culinary delights in either of the fully equipped, gourmet kitchens. With generous space, meal preparation becomes a breeze. Enjoy your homemade feast in one of the expansive dining areas or take it outdoors to the deck for an al fresco dining experience.

Situated just five houses away from one of the finest public beach access points in North Holmes Beach, Island Girl provides access to a serene and peaceful stretch of beach, sure to soothe your soul.

After creating cherished memories at the Gulf of Mexico, return home to indulge in a refreshing swim in the heated pool. Unwind on the deck with your favorite drinks in hand as you soak up the tropical ambiance. An on-site grill is perfect for preparing freshly caught seafood.

Retire to one of the two king master bedroom suites, each with a private ensuite bath, where a restful night's sleep awaits. Additionally, one bedroom feature a queen bed and another has a single twin. For groups exceeding eight people, this home offers two twin hotel-quality rollaway beds and two twin air beds, providing endless accommodation options. Island Girl boasts a total of four full bathrooms with ample counter space and storage for everyone's personal items.

This vacation rental serves as the ideal home base for discovering the charms of Anna Maria Island by foot or aboard the free island trolley. Several bicycles are provided, and additional rentals are available for a leisurely exploration of this seven-mile paradise. Island Girl East & West is particularly well-suited for families traveling together.

*Beach Gear Equipment (Provided by VayKLife Gear):
Assorted beach gear items may be onsite but not guaranteed. Every reservation now includes a credit towards personalized beach gear rental included with your stay (chairs, cart, umbrella, bikes, coolers, games, and so much more). Simply make selections prior to your stay and we will have at your home for you!

POLICIES:
Pets are accepted with prior approval only if they meet our pet policy guidelines, maximum of 2 for this home, < 65 lbs, and with payment of $100 (<4 day), $200 (4-14 day), $400 (15+ day) per pet per stay. NO SMOKING.

Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.

Standard occupancy is 2 persons per every standard bedroom, an additional occupant fee of $25 per person/per night will be assessed for each occupant over this up to max occupancy, if applicable.

Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Reservations are typically taken for 7-night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.

CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.

Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.

This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home's occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest. Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.

GOLF CART RENTALS:
Golf carts are a fun and easy way to get around the island! After booking, reserve one for your stay with our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, for an exclusive discount for our vacation rental guests!

BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.

POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year-round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (20-degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.

PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home may be equipped with Ring, Nest or other exterior cameras viewing front door, driveways, pool equipment, and entry/exits of backyard areas only. Cameras are only intended to keep property safe and secure, monitor deliveries, assure occupancy, and are not angled into any areas where guests would assume or expect privacy.

PAYMENTS:
50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking. We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities. Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.

Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
