This single level house (no shared walls) 3 bed + 3 ba home features floor to ceiling windows on the ocean facing side of the home for an unobstructed, panoramic view of the ocean & a private staircase with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS! Other features include an expansive interior courtyard, views from nearly all rooms including a romantic ocean front primary suite, A/C, 4 parking spaces, 3 fire pits & beach gear. This neighborhood is known for its excellent surf break out front of the house & fun tidal pools to explore when the tide is low. Includes 4 parking spaces, beach gear & surfboards. Sleeps 7.
OUR HOME
Enter into an enchanting private outdoor courtyard which boasts an oversized gas fire pit surrounded by sofas large enough to enjoy a meal with your family. There is an oversized BBQ & a large outdoor dining table. There is even a pass through door to the fully stocked kitchen to help with home cooked meal preparation.
Snuggle up in the main living area in front of the gas fireplace in the comfortable seating to soak in the views of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows. If the view isn't enough, there is a Smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows and movies or a Sonos speaker set to play your best Yacht Rock. The French doors open directly to the courtyard & the front ocean patio to get the best of the cool Pacific Ocean breeze. The dining area has plenty of room to accommodate your family of 7. The fully stocked kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances & a coffee nook for preparing for your big day at the beach. There is also a breakfast nook, wet bar with wine fridge, sink & glassware for your drink of choice & a laundry space.
The 3-Level Ocean facing patio is a vacationer's dream! There is outdoor furniture & lounge chairs to soak in the sunrays. The second patio level features a wood burning fire pit (wood is not provided). Take a stroll down the private staircase to reach the sandy beach. Use one of our surfboards to catch a wave in the excellent surf break, or explore the critters in the tide pools at low tide.
The primary suite features a comfy King bed & seating area to take in the stunning ocean views. There is a door that leads directly to the front patio. There is ample closet space leading to the ensuite bath which features a makeup vanity & shower/tub combo.
Br#2 also features a King sized bed & seating area that looks out the French doors into the courtyard. The ensuite bath features a makeup vanity & step-in shower.
The second family room features a comfy sofa in front of a smart TV & French doors leading out to the courtyard. Br#3 is located behind the family room & features a Full size bed. Bathroom #3 features a step-in shower with river stone flooring.

ACTIVITIES - Centrally located in Carlsbad above Terramar Point, the famed Tamarack Beach is just 2 mi north. If The Flower Fields are in full bloom, it is definitely worth a visit! • OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premises without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
