Inside, guests have access to the entire living area of the house. Outside, guests have access to all outdoor areas inside of the fence. The outdoor shed and supply lockers in the game room are off-limits to guests and shall be locked at all times. Do not attempt to open any panels or coverings to gain access to the crawlspaces above or below the main living area.

Communication will be done primarily through booking channels to ensure a record for both parties. Email, cell text, and phone communication are also available for situations that may require more detailed communication.

The house is just one block off US-1 and is centrally located in the Stuart and Jensen Beach area. Plentiful shopping, groceries, dining, and activity options within 5 miles of the home. Close proximity also means an inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride for those who don’t want to drive or deal with parking.

We will provide an initial supply of toiletries, laundry detergent pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper per bathroom to get you started on your Florida getaway. These supplies will typically cover up to 5 days, depending on the frequency of use. Any additional toiletries will need to be purchased at the guest's expense.

We also supply full sets of bath towels for each bed. Extra beach towels are also available.

Additional Information
The guest is required to sign a rental agreement and submit it upon booking of the reservation. A Security Deposit hold of $300 will be made to the credit card on file 2 days before arrival. An automated message with a link to complete both the rental agreement and security deposit will be sent shortly after making the reservation.

Please NOTE - Directions to home and door codes will not be issued until a signed rental agreement and security deposit are received.

There is an additional extended stay linen fee of $150 for any stays 24 days or more. This will include a mid-stay change out of linens and cleaning of bathrooms and common areas. The host will coordinate with the guests to schedule the cleaning.

Cancellation Policy - Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 2 days of arrival. Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking if cancellation is at least 6 days before check-in. Credit card processing fees may apply.
