The fully fenced backyard is the centerpiece of this property. A covered patio seats 12, with a 50-inch Roku TV mounted for outdoor viewing. The gas fire pit has adjustable flame settings and is surrounded by lounge chairs — a natural gathering spot after a day at the beach or on the water. The propane grill is set up for full cookouts. Outdoor games include cornhole, Connect 4, outdoor Jenga, a mini basketball hoop, and a dartboard. The yard is fully fenced and secure for both kids and dogs.

Game Room
A dedicated game room separate from the main living area. Inside: a Pac-Man 12-in-1 arcade machine, a Centipede 8-in-1 cabinet, a full-size Skee-Ball machine, and a foosball table. This setup is uncommon in rentals at this price point and is consistently the most mentioned feature in guest reviews. The hideaway couch pulls out to a queen-size mattress, adding a fifth sleeping option for larger groups or kids' sleepovers. Kitchen and Dining
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, and blender. Coffee station handles K-cups and ground coffee — we stock both, along with cream and sweetener. Kitchen island seats two. The dining table seats six. French doors from the dining room open directly to the covered patio, making indoor-outdoor meals easy. Wine glasses, a rice maker, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are included.

Bedrooms
- Master Bedroom: King bed, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, Roku TV, clothing storage. Quiet and separated from the main common areas.

Two full bathrooms. The master en-suite has a walk-in shower with built-in dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo with the same dispensers. Both stocked with extra towels, washcloths, and hair dryer.

- The house sits one block off US-1 in a residential neighborhood. Groceries (Publix) are 0.6 miles away. Downtown Stuart — waterfront dining, bars, galleries, the Lyric Theatre — is 2.7 miles. Jensen Beach is 4.4 miles. Stuart Beach is about 7.5 miles (15–16 minutes). Palm Beach International Airport is 43 miles south. Treasure Coast International Airport (Stuart) is 5 miles north for private and charter flights.

- Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) to Downtown Stuart typically runs under $10. Street parking is free and available in front of the home.

We also supply full sets of bath towels for each bed. Extra beach towels are also available.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. A link to complete this will be sent via an automated message after you reserve. Please note that access codes and directions will not be provided until the signed agreement is received.

Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Discounts: We offer various discounts for longer stays, last-minute bookings, and early-bird reservations. These are automatically calculated and built into your quoted price. Please note that only one of these discount types can be applied per booking.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours after booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in. After that, you can cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable after the free cancellation period. No refunds are provided for non-refundable bookings.
