* The second bedroom has a day bed (two twin beds one underneath the other). The third twin bed is a rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet. The sixth person will be sleeping on the futon.

Guest Access
The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the home and the fenced back yard. The garage and the housekeeping closet is off limits. All local guests must contact us prior to booking.

* This home is located in a county area with a mix of stick-built houses, manufactured homes, and RVs. There is a property in the neighborhood need of maintenance, and the owners store a number of items outside. While this does not affect the comfort or safety of your stay, we like to share this so guests know what to expect.
– This property has shared parking with another Airbnb. There are only four parking spots.
– There is no parking on the driveway due to the septic lines installed directly south of it.
– 18ft trailer is allowed if you back it up to a parking space.
– The home and yard are not shared. They are solely for your group.
– There is a gas stovetop but there is not a full size oven. Just a countertop oven.
– The home can sleep six people with the last two guests on the rollaway twin bed and the other on the futon.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
