Nautical Nook Pool Home

Escape to paradise and stay at this beautiful 4 bed / 2.5 bath home including everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. Enjoy the open spaces of the large kitchen, 2 dining areas, and living room. Have breakfast or dinner beside the pool with ample seating. We provide smart TV's in every bedroom and the living room, luxury linens and towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen essentials, private office space, and more. This home is just minutes from endless food, shopping and nearby attractions. Only 40min from gorgeous white sand beaches and 1hr from Disney World! Your sweet escape awaits you!

The Space

Main Floor: Living room with smart TV and queen pull-out bed, dining room with seating for 6, large kitchen, a second dining area with seating for 7, laundry room, and main floor bathroom.

2nd Floor: Primary bedroom suite with private office space and private ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with twin-over-full bunk bed and smart TV, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, and 2 additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a smart TV in each.

Exterior: Fully enclosed, gorgeous pool beside a large covered patio featuring deep seated couches, a roll-away pool safety fence for the little ones and pets, a BBQ grill, and plenty of pool toys. Outside of the lanai is a fully fenced yard for your kids or pets to enjoy.

Amenities: Enclosed pool, pool toys and floaties, Wi-Fi, private office space, smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, on-site laundry, full kitchen, enclosed and covered patio with luxury outdoor furniture, high chair, pack ’n play, fully fenced backyard, BBQ grill, games, beach essentials, and more.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire home, with your own unique front door pin code. All other codes will be disabled during your stay. There are security cameras on the front exterior and the pool.

House Rules:
• A security deposit hold of $500 must be paid 2 days prior to check-in
• A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in
• Photo ID must be uploaded for CC holder / signing guest before check-in
• Pet fee of $175 per pet per stay required. Max 2 pets.

House was very well maintained and a great location for us to spend Christmas with our daughters who live in the Tampa area. Owner was very responsive during the booking and check-in process and checked in to make sure all was in order. We were so excited to see that they even had a Christmas Tree up for decorations - which made our stay feel special!

Very clean and spacious

This home had a lot of room and was very clean. We had two families stay at this property for our visit to Tampa. The home is only about 25-30 minutes from Busch Gardens and 25 minutes from downtown Tampa. The pictures were on spot as to the property. The kids enjoyed the pool after being in the park all day. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. The property had all you needed from washing detergent to trash bags to dishes and pots and pans. Thanks for opening your home for our lovely stay.

Great Easter Weekend Trip

Nautical Nook is a spotless, very well-maintained home with all the modern conveniences (laundry facilities, dishwasher, WiFi, bathroom amenities) and a refreshing, sparkling clean swimming pool with provided beach towels. There is outdoor seating within the screened in pool area that was quite enjoyable for morning coffee (which is also provided!). Check-in communication was clear and easy. Check-out procedures were straightforward and were provided by message the night before departure. If I could change one thing, we would have received these sooner and we would have been able to assist washing more towels before our early morning departure. Air conditioning was terrific. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. Definitely would be happy to stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

We had a fantastic stay! The property is clean and comfortable and our family thoroughly enjoyed pool. The property owner really thought of every detail. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely return. The only downside was the beaches were at least an hour drive away sometimes more depnding on traffic. However the quality of the property makes the drive worth it.

Great stay in Brandon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jessie’s home. It came fairly stocked with your basic needs, lots of towels and extra items. The pool was nice, though too cold for me, my daughter loved getting in! Lots of pool toys to play with. We were very thankful the house had folding beach chairs with cooler bags attached to the bottom and straps to carry it with. Made our trips to the beach that much more enjoyable. There is a little roads noise.but nothing too terrible and we had a little buddy who liked to sing his song every morning about 5:30 right outside our window in the master bath. No fault of Jessie,though! Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Family weekend getaway

Great home, close to all sorts of activities. Busch Gardens is about 30 minutes away. Close to dining and shopping. Great backporch area. Screenwd in with a pool to relax by. The home was very clean and inviting. Property owners were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect home for us

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 13, 11, 5, 3) had a wonderful time at Nautical Nook. It was perfect for us - including the very well used pool. Location was good for visiting attractions in the Tampa Bay area.

Nice place

Our family enjoyed our stay at this place. It was clean and everything was as expected. The neighborhood seemed decent and was quiet. There was plenty of stuff to do locally and not too far of a drive from nice beaches and theme parks.
