In addition to our home's comforts, the Fineview Overlook is a mere 2-minute walk from our doorstep. Here, you can take in breathtaking views of downtown Pittsburgh and create lasting memories.
Our house is charming and cozy, we are sure that you will love it!
The Space:
Our home offers a comfortable and spacious retreat, boasting 3 cozy bedrooms on the second floor and an additional bedroom in the basement. With 3 full bathrooms spread across the second floor, main level, and basement, you'll have plenty of convenience and privacy for yourself!
We've got entertainment covered. Kick back and relax on our stylish blue couch or challenge your friends to friendly games on our air hockey table and Ping Pong table. Fun and laughter awaits you right at our home.

You will have access to the entire home!
The Neighborhood:
Outside, take a stroll around the beautiful neighborhood and experience nature at its finest. The Fineview Overlook is a mere 2-minute walk from our doorstep. Here, you can take in breathtaking views of downtown Pittsburgh and create lasting memories.
The stunning landscape features a variety of beautiful trees and flowers and the fresh air will revitalize your energy.
Additionally, the house is located within easy reach of several popular locations, offering endless opportunities for adventure. You'll also find yourself just minutes away from the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh!
Other Things to Note:
Please park behind the house and walk up to the front. We kindly ask that no one parks on the street in front of the house. Thanks so much for your understanding and cooperation!
Please note: Parking is limited to one vehicle
* IMPORTANT NOTE * - We do have noise monitoring software in our home, which solely tracks noise levels to prevent large parties in our home. We have a strict no parties or events house rule.
Check-in is at 4 PM.
Check-out is at 10 AM.
If you would like to request early or late check in or out, please be advised there is a fee associated for either. Please message us and we can coordinate with you on this!
