Parking on the street at any time is prohibited. There are multiple spots to park on the boat ramp on the south side of the property.
Owners' boats are off-limits to guests. Slip rental for an additional fee of $50 per night. Renters are responsible for their own safety on property.
A fee of up to $500 will be charged for any smoke damage or residual smoke odor. This fee covers the costs of cleaning and purification.

My husband and I spent the weekend at this beautiful property on the lake. It is fully furnished , very clean with amazing views. Check in was super easy and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!!

Everything was great!

My father, son, and I stayed for a full week for a fishing trip and the location is perfect, conveniently located close to stores for groceries as well as conveniently located on the lake for access to all the popular fishing spots. The house is beautiful and super clean with a comfy bed! We would absolutely love to come back for another stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, the access to the lake is ideal. You’re right in the middle of the lake, close enough to all of the popular boat ramps. Will be coming back.

Amazing guest house

The host are very friendly, and helpful. The guest house is beautiful, comfortable, has everything you would need. Bed was comfortable. Great dock area. They even supplied snacks. Great rental. We will be going back again! Consider yourself blessed if you get to meet Haka❤️

Quiet Hidden Gem

OMG, my husband loved his birthday get away. He really enjoyed the fact that he was able to launch his bass boat just yards from the guest house. We enjoyed fishing and the serenity of the lake. The house is just the right size, comfortable, and has all you would need and more to relax and enjoy your stay. Great location too. I am looking forward to a return trip. host

Lake Chickamauga Getaway

Property owners were extremely accommodating. I brought my 17ft boat, was able to use their dock to tie off to and kept my trailer parked on their private ramp. The house was perfect and the deck overlooks the lake. I can’t use the word great enough to describe our experience.

Nice lake view

Beautiful sunrise over the lake. Unit was well supplied for what we needed. Owners were available for questions before our stay. One drawback: Driveway to unit is a long, steep boat ramp. Flat parking spot by lake was helpful, but parking on ramp to load/unload was difficult.

Perfect and Relaxing

It was a great stay the home was new and very clean. The view was gorgeous even with the rain. The house was stocked with extra items which made it helpful since we did not go shopping before getting there. The host had a welcome dish with some yummy snacks! The mattresses were very comfortable and the pillows were super soft. The skylights let off a lot of extra light in the bathroom and hallway. There was a lot of nice outdoor seating and a great water view. It was in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Loved everything about it!!!

Even better than advertised!

We really enjoyed our time here. The cottage was even better than we expected it to be. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable. The mattress was fantastic, all of the appliances were new and the cottage was so nicely decorated. The launch worked out well for us, as we were traveling with our boat and were able to launch quickly and easily. The cottage is on a great location on Lake Chickamauga and we enjoyed the peace and quiet while still being within close proximity to gas stations, restaurants/grocery stores, sight seeing and other amenities. Nate and Ashley were nearby if we needed anything, but we otherwise felt like we had the property to ourselves. I highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to return again if we were back in the area. Thanks Nate and Ashley for a wonderful spot to enjoy our vacation!!

Fantastic in every way

The host, Nate, was extremely responsive to our questions before booking and throughout our stay. The property sits directly on the lake. Great views from the deck and direct waterfront access. It was great to not have to launch and retrieve the boat daily, but rather just walk down to it and take off for a day of fishing.Further, the entire property is extremely clean and well kept. Absolutely no issues.It should be noted that the property does sit on a hillside, as do most lakefront properties here. The driveway is steep. If you are going to back a trailer it to the flat parking pad, its do-able but tight. Confident and experienced trailer driver needed. We were not able to use the boat launch as the water was too low still (March), but at summer pool it looks like it should work great.Thanks!

We loved this cozy guest house. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The view was wonderful even on the rainy days we were there. This is in a nice quiet neighborhood and the hosts greeted us to answer questions, etc. It was perfect for three people. Would definitely recommend.
