This is an older rustic farm house located right next door to Andes Tower Hills Ski Resort & Campground where you are able to see the ski runs from the front porch. This is a working farm on 35 acres in Kensington MN with the data trail running along the property for snowmobiles. This is a great location surrounded by area lakes such as Lake Oscar and Red Rock Lake, hunting wildlifes, and the Kensington Runestone Park 5.2 miles away. The out buildings are prohibited due to farming. There are outside security cameras for safety and protection.

The layout consists of:

Bedroom 1 - queen size bed
Bedroom 2- queen size bed upstairs
Bedroom 3 Loft - trundle with 2 twin size beds

Livingroom - 2 full size sofa beds with pillows & blankets, electric fireplace, 43 inch TV, Roku, DVD player

Kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hotplate burners, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, Crockpot and other basic cooking essentials

Bathroom - sink with vanity mirror, shower, toilet, towels, washer & dryer

Each downstairs room has it's own electric baseboard heater with it's own adjustable thermostat to personalize room temperature. Upstairs bedrooms have adjustable remote control space heaters.

Outside - metal fire ring, outside chairs, porch, charcoal grill
