We had such a fabulous stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail was just perfect. Check-in and check-out were so easy, which made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better rental and hosts and would absolutely stay here again!

We needed a place to stay in Northern MN traveling from MSP airport to the Northern Tier scout camp near Ely, MN. There were 4 teenage scouts and 3 adults, and we wanted a better option than staying in a few hotel rooms. This home fit the bill perfectly with a convenient location, large comfortable rooms and easy to get to. The fact that there was only a 1 night minimum fit our needs perfectly. There were a lot of nice bonuses that the hosts provided such as plenty of towels, some snacks for hungry teens, cold water bottles in the fridge, and a coffee selection for the dads.

Great place!!

We had such a great time! Wonderful host, place was spotless and very well-equipped. Had everything we needed and was quiet and very comfortable. If we ever have a chance to return to the Duluth area, we will be back!

A Superior Place for a Get Away!

What a great stay! Two families with kids and more than enough fun, games, and room for all. The kitchen was nicely stocked with water, coffee, and snacks. The interior was immaculate. We visited for Grandma’s marathon in Duluth, MN and this place was the perfect base camp. It was a quick drive to downtown Duluth and there was some great food and convenient shopping. Highly recommend!

Visiting college-aged daughter

This was a great house for 7 (and up to 9) adults. The basement is awesome for playing games and hanging out. We were visiting my daughter who attends an Art school in Duluth, and it's a quick drive back and forth. Very quiet, very clean, and really cute.

Dance Competition

Everything was so clean! Beautiful linens and towels! All the rooms were beautiful! Unbelievable at just how stocked the house was with everything you could need. The kitchen was fully stocked and again, so clean! Same with the bathrooms! Minimal “rules” and checkout directions, which made the stay enjoyable and less stressful. Very accommodating and pleasant to work with! Would love to stay again! There were 10 of us in the group and plenty of space. The games in the basement were great to have! We did get to enjoy the gas fire pit outside for a bit since we had some decent temps and we were able to go for a couple nice walks to different places in the area.

Team Base Camp!

This property worked great as a base for my curling team. We particularly enjoyed the game tables downstairs. The accommodations were great to let us hang out and sleep between our trips over to the Curling Club.

Cozy & Full of Special Touches

Loved this roomy, cozy, clean home. It was perfect for our annual Bentleyville visit. We loved all the special little touches the host provided such as microwave popcorn packets in the DVD basket. My grandchildren loved the Pac Man game!

Home away from home

Great family home! They don’t leave anything out. From shampoo to plastic baggies these owners have it al waiting just for your family. Beds were so cozy. The owners were very accommodating to our needs! My family loved the stay! It is very conveniently located and takes no time at all to get to canal park. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood

Cozy, comfortable and clean

My extended family stayed for one night on our way to Grand Portage. Having 4 bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for our group. We appreciated the cozy couches and games, the coffee/tea/snacks that were provided, and the comfortable beds. My 3 year old loved that there was a camping cot available so she could sleep in the same room with mom and dad. We would definitely stay again.

Bible Study Ladies

As a group of age 60 + women, we really appreciated the comfortable king size beds with bedspreads that we not too heavy. The kitchen was well equipped. There was spacious seating in the living room. We enjoyed the fire pit outside. The only downfall was the tight squeeze at the dining room table. There is a large table in the basement but it was too cold for us to take advantage of that. I especially appreciated the extra phone cords available and charging stations at each bedside.

Family Vacay

We stopped to spend the night before heading up the northshore to go camping. The house was awesome. It was Large enough for our group of 10. Loved the little touches throughout the house such as extra phone cords,many games,luggage holders,lounging areain the basement and fire area in the bac. We loved our stay here and would love to come back sometime.

This is my childhood home so the choice of neighborhood wasn't mine but my parents made a great choice to raise their family here. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood.

This house is located only 3 houses from the YMCA, where you'll find family and adult lap pools, weight lifting equipment, indoor walking track and basketball courts.
Central park is also just 2 blocks away featuring walking trails, frisbee golf course and sliding in the winter (with city provided sleds for children to use).
