Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the water disruption during your stay — we understand how significantly that impacts a guest's experience. The shared well infrastructure is unfortunately outside our direct control, and we acknowledge the frustration of that uncertainty. In these days and age when everyone expect a refund for any circumstances is frustrating on our end. There are mechanical failures in every home and we did our best to resume the water service in less than 12 hours while providing water backup to the guest during the disruption. Not sure what the historical area code of our phone number has to do with the guest experience. We responded to every guest inquiry, phone calls or messages in a timely and courteous fashion. We hope you find accommodations that suits you better in the future as we are clearly not the right match for your expectations.
