Stunner 3 BR MIL w/ Patio!

Unwind and enjoy the city in the Cozy and Clean Guest Suite! I live on the main level (upstairs), a separable part of the property, and am excited for you to use the space as a home base to decompress or explore the city! Note the guest suite is the sub-basement of the house, that requires stairs to enter. It is a beautiful remodeled space, with full-size windows and a lot of natural light.

Note: The unit does not have a living room or a full kitchen. The space designed is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer, backyard patio and a kitchenette that includes a small farm table, mini fridge, Keurig machine, hot plate, hot kettle and microwave. The unit also supplies all dishes, utensils and cookware.

Very nice place, centrally located. The host gave excellent tips on activities and dinners geared towards familes. Very thankful for the grocery store... cut down our expenses.

It was clean and just as described. There were a lot of fun places that are close around to go to with family. If you are over 6 foot five, you will need to duck through multiple areas of the house, but other than that, it was a great place for the family. Would recommend.

Great place to stay with a group

Me and five of my friends stayed here while visiting my sister who’s at UW. The location was great super central to transit, a Myers grocery and some cute food spots. The host was super sweet and accommodating, and we got to met their dog Nala who was very cute. I would definitely recommend for groups looking to be out and about in the city.

Nice hotel alternative

Three lovely bedrooms and a kitchenette in a great walking neighborhood. Note there is no living room area so the only place to sit is in the small kitchen.

Very comfortable!

We stayed two nights and had a great experience, the outdoor patio area is very nice and the rooms in the property are very comfortable as well. We would definitely be happy to stay again!

Clean and Quaint Space

Great location in the Greenwood area. Plenty of beds and bedroom space, perfect for travelers that need a place to sleep and don't plan on hanging out at the vrbo.

Great place to sleep

The kitchen is a hotplate and a microwave, but dishes are helpfully included. No TV. Great place to use to sleep and shower! Go explore the city! Nice little neighborhood and good parking. convient to downtown!

Appreciative!

The interior was quite lovely with special touches throughout, such as quality bath towels, name brand hair products, a few snacks or the comfortable beds. Everything was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed the outdoors - sitting on the patio furniture, relaxing with a book or just chatting and an afternoon nap on the outdoor couch. Very appreciative of the communication - that helped a lot!

The perfect choice

We 3 friends often find it difficult to find a place where we each have our room to sleep. This owner created a genius space with just enough kitchen to keep us happy since we don’t cook big meals when traveling. However we would have liked to have a toaster for our breakfast of choice..peanut butter toast. Also a box of Kleenex tissue would be nice. But these are small criticisms of such a nice place in a sweet but convenient neighborhood as well as a lovely backyard with furniture for sitting a while.

5 night stay

I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing correctly. Plus we had 3 older kids with us there isn't a TV's in any of the bedrooms. They brought their Xbox to play on their down time.There is no common area, this was not a problem...but my wife expected a family room area with a TV. The kitchen is the utility room, again, not a problem for me, but the limited kitchen resources was a problem for my wife that doesn't cook. A good value, I would stay here again.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die wohnung lag im Souterrain, war sehr sehr schön gepflegt, sauber , geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine ganz wunderschöne Terrasse, wo wir gegessen haben u man sich toll aufhalten konnte. Zimmer trotz der keller- lage hell, da es sehr heiß war auch angenehm kühl. Nachteil : es gibt 3 große Schlafzimmer, aber kein Wohnzimmer, dafür nutzen wir die Terrasse. Und die Küche war nicht so gut nutzbar, wenn man wirklich kochen wollte. Es gab nur eine kleine Elektroplatte und einen kleinen Kühlschrank und wenig Geschirr. Dazu nur 4 Sitzplätze. Due gastgeberin wohnt oben u war stehts zur stelle hat uns z b. Einen toaster geliehen. Absolut empfehlenswert, auch die gegend ist ein traum! Sege ruhig grün und schön. In 10 min ist man am Strand und kann im eiskalten Puget Sound baden
