*. Note that the home is located right by I-5. During the day, there is considerable noise in the home especially in the living room and dining room areas. The noise is also noticeable in the top floor bedroom with the twin beds as that bedroom faces I-5. The two bedrooms on the main floor are quieter. We provide ear plugs for light sleepers.

*. Noise Disclosure: Daytime traffic noise near I-5 (living room, dining room, twin bedroom).We provide ear plugs for light sleepers. Please be aware of this before making reservation.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $100 per stay (up to two dogs). Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500).
