The lavish en suite bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower and oversized vanity, a spa-like experience right at your fingertips! The second bedroom has two stylish twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. The living room offers an upgraded queen sleeper sofa.

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Great place to stay!

Easy to find, downtown is a little bit farther than walking distance but there are other things close by.

Absolutely wonderful.

I could never say enough good things about this condo. It was absolutely perfect. Beautiful condo with extremely comfy beds. Location was amazing and very safe. Parking was very good and the staff we worked with were the absolute best. We needed condo to be near the hospital and provide a retreat of healing and relaxation and this condo totally fit that bill. Very well stocked and appliances were state of the art. Will book this again just to have a weekend getaway.

Quick Little Getaway

Me and two friends wanted to get out of the cold. This property was really great. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. All amenities were there to cook. Sat out on the balcony many times (even when raining). It’s a little walk to Midtown but I didn’t mind. The Parthenon with the park is a nice place to visit. Short Uber ride to downtown. I don’t recommend walking. It’s better to walk to Midtown, then get the Uber if you want to cut cost. Or vice versa from downtown to Midtown. Oh and highly recommend Hattie B’s Hot Chicken in Midtown. 😊

Music City Getaway

The property is new and we loved the subtle Music City decor notes shown throughout. The area surrounding the property all looks newer and is very green. Centennial Park and Parthenon are within walking distance of the building. We liked that the two bedrooms were separated by the open concept kitchen and family room, allowing both couples sleeping privacy. The cozy patio allowed for outdoor space to enjoy coffee in the mornings or cocktails in the evening. The check-in/out communication was easy. We requested an extra barstool and they were able to accommodate that request. There were only just a couple misses with the whole experience. We had also requested that the twin beds be converted to a king (which the site said was possible) but that did not happen. The pool was not open yet. The cleanliness of the kitchen wasn’t to the standard of the rest of the unit. But we all would stay again, and give it a 9/10 stars.
