LAKEFRONT home located in the high end community of Porto Cima. Sleeps 14 with easy lake access,. This 5 BR, 4B home offers main floor master bedroom, patio deck w/outdoor fire place, walkout screened in patio, private pavilion by the water edge, private fishing pier, community pool, pickleball courts. Just mins. from Bagnell Dam Strip and some of the finest dining and wineries. Home has a NEW HOT TUB, GOLF CART, GOLDEN TEE 2021, full size console ARCADE GAMES and fooseball table. For our friendly pets, we have a partial fenced area so they can move from deck to patio.

BOOK TODAY with only at 25% down, with (3) the easy payments. Reminder this is The Lake of the Ozarks located in the Ozark Mountain range. Accessing a lake from many homes may be difficult depending on the location of the home. We have a wide concrete path and steps heading down to the lake making accessibility more convenient. The boat ramp is steep and for POA members as a free optional to put in and out your boat. We as home owners have no vested interest or input in the boat ramp. There are public boat ramps available for boaters to use free of charge that may be in a different location of the lake and have less of grade

Perfect Family Getaway

This is a beautiful home with great amenities. Our family was completely comfortable and wowed! Very kid friendly. It was the perfect home for our large family and a great way to have everyone together for my husband’s birthday weekend. 100% recommend!

Girls family getaway

House was perfect! We were there for a girls family trip with sisters and our adult daughters. Location was great and house was very clean and had no issues. Highly recommend and would stay there again. Host was very responsive on booking and check in/out process.

The perfect spot

The house was the perfect place to stay in the Ozarks! We were a group of 10 friends, and we all had adequate space, including bathrooms. It was great being able to utilize the lake as well as swim in the community pool. We appreciated all of the outdoor seating, floaters, fireplaces, and the golf cart. We were also relatively close to some fun swim bars. If you are 30 I highly recommend Dog Days instead of Backwater Jacks. Both are only a short drive.

Family reunion

The lake front home is as advertised. Outstanding. The hosts are A+. We had a 55th anniversary family reunion there with kids and grandkids and it was perfect. Having access to Four Seasons amenities was a plus. And the provided golf cart to take the grandkids to the nearby pool was a hit.

We absolutely loved the house. Checkin was flawless. The space is as shown and described unlike some places we have stayed. We loved the spacious gathering places - living room, family room, deck, gazebo and even kitchen and dining room. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Some VRBOs have condiments left; however, they do not. It was not a problem because the grocery store - Woods - is close and very reasonably priced. As mentioned, the cove is not deep; however, we were still able to get a pontoon delivered.. If you have a large family/group, this was a great place!

Perfect New Years Spot

Our extended family enjoyed a cozy New Years stay. The kitchen was large and well stocked for our needs. We had plenty of dining seating too. The bedrooms and bathrooms allowed every family to have space. All generations enjoyed the basement games. Our large group had ample space to spread out and enjoy. We also appreciated access to the POA amenities. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything.

Family of nine Ozark stay

Great property!! Five good sized bedrooms. Great communication with owners (we got responses in 1-2 minutes). Very clean with good sized kitchen and two dinner tables easily sitting 12+. Best part was access to a golf cart that can take you to the community pool (maybe three blocks away and community boat docks (maybe 2 miles away). Overall an excellent house, location, and owners.

Bike Fest 2024

The house was great. We went in the off season for Bike Fest. Did not expect the water level to be up to be able to swim in the lake in a small access area. The neighbor is friendly to the left. No neighbors on the right. Had deer feeding in the yard. Great overall experience. Had 4 other couples with us.

Beautiful lake front home!

This home exceeded expectations. Large, well decorated, lots of seating and sleeping options. Very clean. Plenty of supplies provided and many nice amenities and thoughtful touches. Landscaping and outdoor areas are very well maintained and so beautiful. The only minor issue I had as a senior was the walk to the lake front from the back of the home was steep. But, the way the properties sit it appeared they were all this way. I would highly recommend this property for large family gatherings.

Great place for the family and pets!

This places is very nice. It has a fully stock kitchen. There wasn’t one thing that we were missing plenty of silverware. We didn’t have any issues at all, and the owner was very responsive to anything I asked, very clean. Also, we loved the gates for the dogs and all the land for them to run on as well, there are a ton of deer so make sure you when you’re driving through there. You drive slow. It is quite a hike to the swimming dock but not a problem but if you are someone older than you might need some help definitely give you a workout. It is nice and quiet at the end of a cove we did bring our own swimming mat so that was nice but they have Floating tubes, which were cool. The community pool is nice. We went there all week long and it was not crowded. They also had a small Playground for kids and Bochi courts. we will definitely be booking this place again for the family!

Mini lake vaca with my daughters and grandkids

The house is very nice. Dbl car garage and driveway is flat. Golf cart was awesome to go for a ride around area. Alot of very tame deer. Grandkids loved that! Master upstairs was nice and peaceful while all the other rooms were down stairs. Kithchen was nice. Had all the essentials. Not a fully stocked kitchen. Upper patio was nice all though there was a couple pieces of broken wicker furniture. The deck was dirty and a lot of cob webs. The little dock platform by the lake was ok. The water is very shallow so you can't bring a boat back in cove. The pedal boat was full of spiders and battery was dead. So hauling a battery up and down the hill was a little overwhelming. The house has mice. Scared the granddaughter and daughter. The boat ramp is scary, narrow and steep. Might suggest putting your boat in at a public access. All in all the house is nice. Fit my family comfortably.
