LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Sugarbush -Trailside II condo. Wake up to the sunrise over the Green Mountains. It is an 830 square foot, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo (1 Queen, 1 Full, and a twin bunk bed) located at Sugarbush's Lincoln Peak. Major renovation completed in January 2020. It is all about location. With a little bit of a walk across the road, you can ski on the mountain via the out-to-lunch trail and ski home via Village Run or when there is enough snow, via Slide Brook.

In the summer, you can walk out the door and be on some of the most challenging and legendary Mountain Bike trails in Vermont.

Great spot to stay

Very close to the mountain & after about a 50 yd walk was able to ski right to a lift. Owner was very responsive & helpful with check in & tips to navigate the mountain especially how to get to/from the condo to lifts. The view from the living room was great! Will def be staying here again

Perfect Visit

We were looking for a place to spend a long weekend and this property was perfect. The property was exactly as it was portrayed online. The property manager provided accurate and timely communication and the check-in and out process was smooth. we would definitely stay in this property again.

Great option

Perfect option for a family ski trip. Location was great - very close to the Lincoln Peak Base. Unit was clean and convenient. Host was helpful. It’s a no-frills rental (one small TV) but very reasonably priced. Great value. Would absolutely rent this again.

Green Mountain Treasure

Great cozy condo that sleeps 6. This place has a deck that has a beautiful vista of the valley. We were able to taken the autumn palet on the deck each morning. Would highly recommend this place to stay. Owner is very accomodating with any additional information needed or questions.

Eclipse viewing

The condo was clean and conveniently located to the base of Sugarbush mountain. The host gave excellent and detailed directions for locating the unit and access and reached out to ensure we were in. We had a once in a lifetime experience of viewing the total eclipse.

Spring Sugarbush Trip

Did a last minute trip to continue my endless winter skiing with a friend. Owners were awesome, unit was as described and cant beat the location. Cant say enough about the people and vibe at Sugarbush. Would love to come back and spend some time in summer and winter at this beautiful area of VT. Appreciated you guys taking my request only a week in advance. Good stuff!

Perfect for the weekend

We stayed here recently for the weekend to ski over at Sugarbush. It was very close to the mountain and had all the amenities that we needed. We ended up, driving back-and-forth to the mountain because of the lack of snow but it is quick and easy to do. There are three bedrooms, which worked out perfectly for us. The views were beautiful especially late afternoon on the deck and because the weather was warmer, we actually were able to sit out on the deck. We were able to get in touch with the hosts quite easily when I had a few questions. It was perfect for our needs.
