La cocina recientemente renovada est���� completamente equipada con todos los elementos necesarios para que no tenga que traer nada. Hay nuevos pisos de baldosas en todo lo que es fácil de limpiar y perfecto para la playa. Beautiful view

When we arrived at our condo the place was not clean. The floors were nasty. I called the rental company and they sent someone to clean again--- still not great but better than it was. The elevator was broken and we did not find out until 2 days before our arrival date. With a family of 5 including 2 little ones a working elevator would have been nice. The spa across the street was not warm and the bubbles didn't work. The kitchen did have everything you needed to cook with. The master bedroom bed is hard as a brick. Once our balcony got cleaned up ( whole chips on the floor) we enjoyed sitting out there and looking at the views of the ocean and street. We made lots of memories that's what matters but we will not be staying there again.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We received a call that the elevator was out 4 days before we were to leave for the trip. Had I known this 7 months ago when we booked the trip, or when we had time to cancel to look elsewhere, we would have. We had two small kids; and my mother in law who is in need of a knee replacement walking up about 6 flights of stairs up and down all week with luggage, groceries & just to get to and from. We tried to get ahold of the property manager, & we look for the number on the fridge- turns out was not updated and we called a past property manager who retired 4 plus years ago. The vaccum we had, didn’t have the canister so if we were to use it we would just be spraying sand & crumbs everywhere. The door to get to the balcony was impossible to open/shut and it became inaccessible by the middle of the trip. Was very disappointed since we stayed last year at Ocean Terrace & it was amazing. unfortunately We will not be returning because of the way we were treated by property management once we just happened to run into him one day in the parking lot & how we were not told in time about the elevator being broken & had been for months.

Family vacation week

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the property was great! Easy walk to grocery store and restaurant. Only complaint was that the property was NOT CLEAN. The counters were all covered in sand, the floors all had sand and food remnants. The toilet was black inside. I had to clean all the floors, counter tops, and bathrooms upon arrival. I talked to property management and they said they could send someone out to clean. However could not say when they would be available to come- probably not until the next day. So my first couple hours of vacation was spent cleaning. Other than the cleaning issue- everything else was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at ocean terrace C3 and we loved it both times! The view is amazing and the condo is exceptional. Even with the elevator being broke this time did not discourage our vacay. The condo has plenty of space and has everything in it. We are always sad when the week comes to a end but I couldn’t ask for a better vacation spot for the price and view. Will definitely be back next year

Vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the location was great, the cleanliness of the condo was quite nasty. When we arrived the first thing we did was clean areas that still had hairs and sand leftover from what I’m assuming were the guest before us. There was still food crumbs in the floor behind the trash can along with food spilled in the fridge and kitchen drawers. Several things were broken such as the elevator, blinds, balcony chairs and the closet door. Considering I’m 8 months pregnant had I known there would be no elevator I would have booked my vacation elsewhere. Climbing three flights of stairs multiple times a day pregnant with a toddler in tow is quite exhausting and not what I had in mind on my vacation. According to a maintenance man who came by the condo unannounced the elevator has been broken since fall, yet this was never disclosed to us during our booking process. Communication with the property management was very difficult, possibly due to it being a holding week but none the less another annoyance added to our trip.

NIice condo and location, broken elevator was a real drag

Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very nice inside with a great view of the ocean and very conveniently located near public beach access, restaurants and a grocery store. The broken elevator became a real drag as the week went on. We were notified of the elevator not working about 2 weeks before we were to arrive and at that point it was too late to change our plans however, when we got there it was clear that the elevator had been broken FOR A VERY LONG TIME. So I kind of feel we were taken advantage of by not telling us before we rented it in the 1st place. No one in our party was older or disabled but carrying groceries and our luggage up and down the stairs and taking the garbage out was a real pain.

My biggest concern was the cleaning. There was actually food on the back of the pillow cases in the small bedroom plus the top bunk bed was not made up and had a large pee stain on the mattress cover. The entire condo needs a Thorough cleaning. Thorough cleaning

This place is in a great location across the street from a empty lot so the views of the ocean were outstanding. We packed so much extra thinking we would need it but this place literally had everything you would need and some. The whole experience with check in/out was easy and great. Beautiful condo in a cute area!

We absolutely loved this little condo! The view was spectacular and having two kids it was so convenient to be right across from the beach and a short walk to some food areas and ice cream! The pool was also fun to swim in before bedtime. The condo was clean and spacious and super cute! Having a washer and dryer on site was great! The ladies in the office were so sweet and nice and made check in a breeze! My family has always stayed at Folly Beach because of family in the area and Cherry Grove gave off the same vibe and my sister and I loved it! I would absolutely stay here again!

So - So Beach Condo

The location of this property was right across from the beach with easy access by crosswalk directly in front of property. Having an elevator was wonderful! Helped a lot with carrying luggage and children. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Really nice to have a washer and dryer. We did have a few issues with our stay. Biggest disappointment was that the pool wasn't open. Very disappointed children! This is a property owner issue though not the condo owner. Would have helped if the rental company would have told us in advance instead of at check in. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival. The tv in the kids bedroom didn't work. There was a note on the dresser that said Will Not Work. The sliding glass door broke and we were told not to use the balcony the last couple of days. Worker came to fix it and couldn't so left us a note and his can of WD 40 on the table. Good thing we saw it before our kids did! No call back from the rental company on when it would be fixed. The balcony door from the bedroom was also broken with a note that said Do Not Use. We missed sitting outside at night! Thankfully the weather was nice and we spent most of our time on the beach during the day. We will choose another condo for our next stay at Cherry Grove.
