The living area was designed with comfort and luxury, with plush sofas and TV, and opens to the formal dining room that can seat six guests. To prepare your homemade favorites, you’ll find essentials in the kitchen, including pots, pans, and utensils.

The primary bedroom has adorable décor, nightstands, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is very similar; each has a King bed with crisp linens and premium mattresses. A hallway bathroom has a shower and tub combination; a washer and dryer are available for guest use.

2 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. In accordance with the City of Sarasota's Rental Ordinance, this property requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12 adults; however, children under 6 years of age are not included in the City’s occupancy limit. Lido Key Vacations enforces a total occupancy limit of 6 persons, including both adults and children under 6.
