The unit was as advertised. Very clean and equipped very well. Everything was like new, bedding was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Iva was very nice to work with and quick to respond. The villa was newly remodeled and very neat and clean. The location was just a short walk to the beach. We also rented bikes and all of Lido Beach is easy to bike around. We really enjoyed our stay.

Iva managed to get her unit quickly and beautifully redone following the devastation caused by two major hurricanes in late 2024. She was commnicative and made the check-in process easy. Her place is conveniently located, a five minute walk to Lido Beach and ten minutes to St. Armands Circle. We look forward to returning in 2026 or 2027. Thank you Iva.Lido

We stayed at this property while our son rowed in the US Rowing National Championship in Sarasota. The property was very ideal for going to the competition and also for relaxing on the beach. It was a very quick walk to the beach, although the private beach access was closed, the public park access was equally ease to use. Also, the property was a quick 2 min. drive to St. Armand's Circle, where very nice restaurants and shops line the streets. The home was very quite and felt secluded even though it was a townhome/condo type setting. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, if needed, we always went to the circle for lunch/dinners. There was plenty of beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, towels, and a cart to carry it all in! We would rent/recommend this property to friends and family. The price was in-line with similar size properties. The communication was excellent, as we asked for an early check-in and a late check-out, both were granted and the response time was very quick.

Hosts did not disclose property’s small development was in construction zone with nuisances galore!

Upon arrival to the newly remodeled unit in a small development on late Friday afternoon we found a well appointed interior. However the new fridge was not working but worker fixed it promptly.A huge dumpster, construction trailers & debris were thru out property. The next 2 weeks construction noise interrupted our work & sleep &when my husband had to leave, I felt unsafe inside the construction zone. Workers arrived at 6am & began work at 7am. Had we known, we would likely not have booked at price we did! My vehicle was blocked many times by trucks as was the bedroom window. I have pictures & videos of these nuisances. Hosts texted me there was “no noise” and denied the amount of construction. They did offer 200 credit due to lack of laundry facilities hours before our arrival. We asked for another credit due to their lack of disclosure of disruptive construction but they never responded nor have we received the 200 credit. TheirHOA rep told me hosts were in violation of developments’ rules of informing HOA of guests (and paying a fee?) so in case of emergency, it was known who was on the property since almost all units were empty or under construction. As well, we found electrical issues in unit, AC didn’t work in bedroom shower door leaked profusely and other construction punch list items. We request more than 200 credit and that property be checked for safety. As well host MUST disclose status of development which will not change for months per the HOA rep.

Unfortunately Miss people like you are toxic to businesses and waste of time for business owners. I could feel the vibes about you 2 days prior to your arrival as I didn’t get any acknowledgment that you have received my arrival instructions. You are one of those people who goes to a restaurant and complains that his food is cold so he can get a free dinner. You tried the same approach with me and you are angry that it didn’t work. I was too nice and offered solution from day one when your husband complained that you don’t have enough hangers and there is not enough shelves for his clothes and no hooks for you to hang your wet swim suits. I am sorry there is no table at the entry for you to leave your keys and sunblock etc Your list is very long. You went proactively seeking noise and sent me video of my neighbor listening to music in the afternoon. You were accusing me for noise in a unit sending me pictures and when I called the property manager he said:”I am at that unit this pictures are not from today”. You are a bargainer who didn’t get it quite his way and is very bitter:( :( I am sorry but this is not the way I do business. I have documented all the messages with VRBO they had advised me if you continue to harass me to call them. I went out of my way to communicate solutions but you lacked communication and you were abusive. The price you paid is an off season price after all the discounts you had. Keep in mind you are 1/2 block from the beach on Lido Key and St Arman

Also extremely popular for family reunions because or the endless outdoors activity for different types and age groups of people. Great place for sports and outdoors people. Don't forget the sunset it is a different spectacular view every night.
