At home, enjoy private outdoor living on the furnished deck featuring a gas grill and Adirondack chairs. The enclosed sunroom offers an all-season porch for coffee or cocktails.
The two-story interior is a model of modern design and convenience. Stainless steel kitchen appliances and a suite of handy countertop gadgets make it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Plush seating and a smart TV welcome family gatherings in the living room. A dedicated home office provides a quiet spot for remote working. Essential amenities include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.
Jacuzzi tub within the unit is inoperable.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking or Vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Effective January 1, 2024, guest amenity passes will be provided at no additional charge. Fees still apply for golfing. The passes must be picked up and returned to the local office and a fee of $50.00 for each lost/unreturned pass will be assessed.
The fireplace is off-limits.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
