As you sit down for an evening cocktail on the back patio you can hear the ocean in the background.

Property is one half of a duplex (3ONE8) and we've taken great measures to insure your peace and quiet. Quiet Rock product was installed on the common wall - you won't hear a peep. Front doors are on opposite ends of the property. No security deposit required.
