Enjoy lakefront living with all the amenities. Relax with a sunset. Family friendly neighborhood with a 3 minute walk to 6 restaurants/bars and park with public beach. Minutes from Geneva State Park and amazing wineries. Just a three minute walk to the newest winery in the area! A lot of entertainment awaits you with cornhole, darts, Golden Tee, arcade machine with 400 games, Skeeball, and much more. After a full day enjoy the firepit at the lake’s edge.
Completely remodeled interior with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed - 3 bedrooms have lake views. Added "extra" 5th bedroom on first floor has a day bed with trundle that sleeps 2 more on twin mattresses. Large dining room table for family or friends to gather or eat outside by the water. Private water front living is all yours.

Lake Erie Family Vacation

We could not be any happier with our stay in Madison this summer! This location far exceeded our expectations and created the perfect environment for us to make lasting memories with our family. We already plan on booking at this location yearly for as long as we can!

Inside was very clean and comfortable.. Lots of things to do indoors if it had rained but we were lucky to have beautiful weather.Had some corn hole and horseshoes competitions. Beautiful sunsets. The back yard space was wonderful and so relaxing.

Celebrated a 60th Birthday with good friends and this house was perfect! The views of the Lake are spectacular and the house came as advertised. Steve the owner, was great to work with and we’ll definitely be back!

Great stay in Madison

This home was very comfortable for our family. The 4 bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us. We ebjoyed the games provided like horse shoes, skeeball, darts. Steve was great to work with and very responsive. We will be back next year.-Pete

had a wonderful stay-great house with incredible backyard with beautiful views. sunsets are not to be missed! lots of great games for adults to play and the kayak and paddle board were great too! had my 92 yr old father stay in the office (no steps) and he was very comfortable. we had 6 adults and 3 kids 4-2-1 and there was plenty of room for us all. got a little busy after the beach and getting showered for dinner but we made it through. would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Relaxing lake house

Enjoyed staying right on the lake with plenty of entertainment at the house. Beautiful lake view with amazing sunsets. Short drive to play at the beach. We had a great time and would definitely go back

Family getaway

Enjoyed the stay with family. The set up was great for all with the games( Golden Tee, Skeeball, darts, PacMan, etc.). My wife did not enjoy the “midges” (flys) but the sound of the water made up for it! Would recommend to all!

Madison lake house

A lovely stay with our family. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. Its setting on the lake was beautiful. Lots of fun activities, games and memories made this week.

This is a gorgeous place that is fully stocked from the kitchen to the garage / beach items. The host was great at communicating where things were and what we were allowed to use. We had plenty of sleeping space and the downstairs bedroom was a blessing for our special needs son (age 32) who does not like stairs. The house was set up perfectly for what we needed. We hope to return next summer. The backyard and sunsets were amazing!

Lovely house in the lake.

We had a reunion of cousins in Kent for a special event then a few of us went to the lake for the long weekend. What a comfortable house and a gorgeous location! I don’t know when we will be back, but we certainly will.
