Group ready 6 Bedroom 2 Bath House on the East End of the Geneva on the Lake Entertainment Strip. This 2 Story House can accommodate up to 14 Guests with its additional sleeper sofa in the living room. We are located right next to the well know Anchor Inn. There is a short walk to all the entertainment of the Geneva on the Lake Strip. Geneva Township Park is just across the street offering Public Lake Access. The only thing this house lacks is a dining room. We have supplied 2 sets of TV trays for eating in the living room. There is a large outdoor common space with a wood firepit (wood provided).

Amenities offered by the pet friendly East End House E include: A/C; Wi-Fi and cable; A small kitchen featuring a Dishwasher, Full Size Stove, and Full Size Refrigerator. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens for the beds, and towels are supplied in the 2 bathrooms. The outdoor entertainment space shared by the 4 other units features 2 wood burning fire pits and lots of chairs. There is your own stocked propane grill.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 6 Cars is directly across the parking lot from the house.

Restaurants, nightclubs, amusement rides, live entertainment, arts, unique shopping, and arcades provide entertainment for everyone in your group, including the Tuesday concerts in Township Park.

• Play a round of golf at one of Geneva’s in-town or area golf courses. For family fun try one of the many miniature golf courses.
• Explore more than 20 Northeast Ohio wineries just minutes away. The Ashtabula and Lake County grape-growing regions produce most of Ohio’s wine grapes, giving our area the reputation as the state's finest. And don’t forget about our famous covered bridges.
• Arriving by boat? Dock within the safety of the harbor at nearby Geneva State Park. And Lake Erie itself has so much to offer: Book a sunset cruise or a fishing charter. Swim at the State Park or stroll along the beach, then take a ride on the Ferris wheel. There are several restaurants and wineries right on the lake, and our spectacular sunsets offer the perfect subject for photo enthusiasts.

Spotless! Plenty of towels and washcloths. Would stay here again. It was dark when we arrived so it was hard to find the specific unit. An outside light may be something to add. Even in the cold temperature this weekend, the house was plenty warm. Can't wait to rent again!

One of the best vacation home stays my family and and I have ever had. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her birthday sleepover. Beautifully maintained home, nice aesthetic setup, great comfort amenities, and plenty of space for all. Check in and check out was seamless. Would love to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay on GOTL. This property met our needs. Having 6 bedrooms was a plus. Property was clean, furniture and beds could be more comfortable. More hotel like than homey. Property owner was responsive and accommodating. FYI flying midges were mating in mid October, took us by surprise! Lake was beautiful and area had lots to do.

Great Location

This place worked well for our group for a short jaunt to Geneva on the Lake. The location is great for easy access to main strip and to Breakwater Beach.

GOTL Fourth of July

House was ready upon arrival and nice and cool. Plenty of towels for a large group. Easy walk into town, plenty of parking. Fire pit was stocked. Door entry was easy with a code. Highly recommend.

Disappointing Experience – Requesting Partial Refund

I recently stayed at this property on the east end of the strip on GOTL, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location was decent, there were several major issues that made our stay uncomfortable.Firstly, the bathroom on the main floor was in need of serious attention. There was visible mold on the ceiling in the shower, which was not only unsightly but raised concerns about cleanliness and air quality. It was hard to ignore, and frankly, it should have been addressed long before our arrival. The outlets in the bathroom on the second floor did not work as well, which was a huge inconvenienceThe beds were another major letdown. They were unbelievably hard—like sleeping on a concrete slab. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and we ended up waking up with sore backs each morning. A good night's rest is one of the most basic expectations when booking accommodations, and this was far from it.Lastly, the kitchen had an unpleasant, lingering odor that we couldn't pinpoint, but it was bad enough that we couldn't comfortably use it for cooking. It seemed like it might have been a buildup of mildew or something similar, but whatever the cause, it definitely impacted our stay.Given these issues, we are requesting a partial refund. We believe the conditions were not as advertised and we were not provided with the quality we expected. I would advise anyone considering this property to be cautious and hope that these issues are addressed for future guests.

Geneva on the lake

Pros: This location was pretty good, about a 15 min walk to the middle of the strip. There was an impressive six bedroom home, with two bedrooms which was perfect for the lot of us. There was plenty of towels, and the bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen was pretty well stocked too. There was two coffee makers, one was a kuerig and they had coffee filters there. You can tell they did a lot of work to this property and over all its pretty nice, other than a few small cosmetic things. ConsThe house had a lot of dead bugs around the house. We were by a lake, and we do expect bugs. These ones were long dead smashed on ceilings and laying around the rooms. We did have to contact the owner about the refrigerator, although I do think that it was working, however, we checked in Friday at 4pm, with drinks already frozen, ice in a bucket ect, and all melted in the freezer... We didn't trust anything in the fridge and left it in the freezer since it seemed colder. I waited until 11pm to message thinking it just needed time get cold. It eventually did about 30 hours after check in. May recommend that they turn it on sooner if they don't leave it on in between stays. We lost what we had in the fridge. Someone did come out to look at it but said to "give it more time". There isn't a table, so we did bring one with us, which we knew ahead of time because of the house description. All in all it was a nice house, we would definitely recommend staying here in the future.

Only one major drawback

Generally we liked the property however there was no dining or kitchen table! I was not aware of that until we arrived. I'd knock out a bedroom and put in a table and chairs.

Nice getaway!

Property was clean neat and organized well. Could use a few updates but overall was a great stay. Close enough to the strip to walk but far enough that the neighborhood was quiet.
