Centrally located within five and a half miles of downtown Destin, this snowbird-friendly home is the perfect choice for your next escapade with family and friends! This two-story retreat enjoys a prime location within The Villages of Crystal Beach, which is a gated community offering an atmosphere and community second to none. This 30,000-square-foot area features a large resort-like outdoor pool with a tropical bar and a hot tub. You will be within a few short blocks of the beach, convenience stores, Destin Commons, and amazing restaurants. Other must-visit attractions include Emerald Bay Golf Club, Henderson Beach State Park, The Track - Destin, Aj's Water Adventures, Xtreme H20, and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park.

This fabulous beach home enjoys a beautifully appointed open floor plan with tasteful decor throughout. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room furnished with comfy sofas and a TV with cable. The chef's kitchen has been equipped with all stainless steel appliances and European open-concept shelving. It has all the essentials to prepare memorable homemade meals and treats for the group. The primary suite can be found on the main level, featuring a TV and an en suite bathroom with a custom-tile shower with a frameless entry.

The upper level enjoys a cozy loft with a pull-out sofa, a TV, and a balcony as well as three additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has custom built-in bunks. The balcony can be accessed from the lot and the first guest bedroom. Additional perks include a patio with a gas grill, a washer/dryer, and central AC.

🚗 Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
