After booking with Vrbo, you had to work with a third-party to actually get the completed booking that was kind of a mess. Also, everything is itemized, including the pool.

This property is very clean and beautifully decorated with fun rooms for younger travelers, spacious places for adults, and amenities for everyone to enjoy. The host is very responsive so let them know about any difficulties and they will help. We loved the large kitchen and dining area to gather in after long days in at Universal. The pool is a nice way to unwind and enjoy time together. Driving to the parks was shockingly easy and low stress from this location. Highly recommend!

The home was incredible. We didn’t use the homes pool but the community pool was beautiful and relaxing. So close to everything. The only thing I didn’t care for, was that they only gave 1 towel per guest, 1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel. I have never stayed at a RBnB before, so I’m not sure if this is normal or not. But this would not stop me from staying here again. I Loved it!

Home, amenities were excellent. Only disappointing part was the extra fee etc for BBQ This needs to be included in booking. When you pay top dollar for a rental it’s ridiculous to have a lock on the BBQ.

Great property Great location

The house was beautiful the kids loved the decor in the rooms. It was stated several times that the house looked better in person than the pictures provided online. Lots of space. Very close to the parks and restaurants. The only complaints would be that the grill and jacuzzi to be heated were additional costs. Otherwise would definitely book again.

The grill caught on fire because they never cleaned it. The coffee pot was broken. Took them over 24 hours to replace it. Wall sockets were loose and dangerous. The tub in one of the bathrooms had a crack in it. The fans haven't been cleaned in 6 months. Looks beautiful but once you start looking closer it was disgusting

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the grill, we would like to clarify that it is cleaned and inspected regularly by our team. However, guests must be familiar with proper grill operation and safety guidelines, never leaving the grill unattended while in use. As for the coffee machine, as soon as the issue was reported, our team acted promptly and brought a brand new replacement to the home. We always aim to resolve maintenance matters as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience to our guests. We are glad you found the home beautiful, and we are genuinely sorry that parts of your experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain. Guest feedback helps us improve, and we thank you again for sharing yours. Warm regards, Magic Box Vacation Team
