Featuring a private dock, hot tub, and shallow sandy lake bottom, this is the perfect spot for families with children, swimming, and relaxing on the water with minimal boat traffic. Located on Pierce’s Bay, the cottage offers some of the most beautiful sunset views on the lake.

Step right out the back door to the paved Spirit Trail, a scenic 7-mile path perfect for walking, hiking, and biking around the lake. Kayaks, paddleboards, and a paddleboat are included for guests to enjoy, and pontoon boat rentals are available nearby through Eagle Point Marina.

Conveniently located between Jackson and Brooklyn, you’ll be close to local favorites like Beach Bar, The Atlas, Luchador Tacos, and Eagle's Nest Bar & Grill for live music and dinner. Golf lovers can enjoy nearby Clark Lake Golf Course and Grande Golf Club. Perfect for lake vacations, golf weekends, and race weekends near Michigan International Speedway.

The cottage was perfect for our family trip. Andy was very responsive and provided all the information about the property. Would stay here again! Not many spots on Clark lake so if thia is the lake you want to be on, it's an incredible value!

Great place, but living space ended up being a little small for our needs but it’s all good. We made due No ladder to get is the lake which was problematic for the young kidsThe downstairs bath shower was partially clogged. Andy was johnny on the spot for questions and responding to us quickly. Helped us with advice on a rental boat.

Hi Bryan, if a sink or shower was clogged letting us know would have been the intelligent thing to do as we have plumbers that can help with that. We have a ladder for the dock under the deck, again if you needed something the best thing to do would have been to ask.

Perfect for 10 college students needing a place to stay while competing in Formula SAE at MIS. Would definitely stay again. Host was very communicative and made us feel right at home.

A lovely weekend

We had a great time at tbe cabin for the weekend. Andy stayed in tku h tbe whole time and gave us restaurant recommendations. Cabin was clean, peaceful and private. Everything we needed was provided and i loved all the photos of the family and the area throughout the years.

It was everything I expected and more. Andy was amazing with communication and the cottage was all set up and ready to go!! Not only is the cottage beautiful but the whole Lake is too and everyone here is very friendly!! We will be back next year for sure!!

Amazing Cottage

Really cozy place where owner has made the most of his space. Lots of thoughtful little touches that make you feel at home. Place very well stocked. Owner is a great communicator and very hospitable. Beds super comfy, hot tub a 10+, sunsets amazing ☀️ water cooler was a great way to offset well water. Eagles nest restaurant a short walk away and very fun/great food. Neighborhood beautiful.

Great cabin on the lake!

I wanted a space to get away by myself for a few days, and was happy to stay at this cabin. The hosts have stocked the property with all the essentials and were great about sharing a guide to the area and instructions to use the hottub and keypad. The cabin feels very private and you get your quiet space, but there's people nearby to give a sense of security. As is the typical case with Mid-Michigan the towns are rural and small, but all the essentials you'd need, such as a CVS, Dollar General, Urgent Care, and other needs are minutes away in nearby Brooklyn. I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the kindness of the hosts!

We had a great stay. The place was as advertised and sunsets were amazing. There are some really cool historical sprinkles throughout the house. We brought our boat and were able to get to the dock. The depth is quite shallow at the end of the dock, so be sure to check with the owner if this is a concern. While shallow, it was great for walking out into the water. Additionally, it was mostly sand from the shoreline to past the dock. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and on the adirondack chairs in the yard. Nice, flat yard, and so close to the water. Very relaxing and peaceful. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we had.
