We were very satisfied with this property. It's a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and the location was perfect for our stay. The house is very spacious with a very large outdoor patio. The pool and hot tub were great. The owner is very accommodating and extremely responsive. The property is everything that it is advertised to be, with all the amenities listed. We could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend this property.

The pictures tell it all. Clean house. Quiet neighborhood. Nice screened in outside area around the pool. Host Charles was very responsive and especially helpful and flexible when we had to change some of our plans.

Perfect for visiting with friends in Boynton Beach

Our stay at Casa Bella was great. We were in BB to see dear friends and their place was less than 1/2 mile away. We enjoyed the easiness of hanging out, cooking on the grill, and spending time together in this VRBO. And our host, Chuck, was very responsive with our questions. He clearly knows how to take good care of his guests. Thank you Chuck.

All the basics provided

I booked this home for roughly one month for a work trip for myself and several coworkers. It had all the basic necessities as listed in the description and shown in photos. The check in process was easy, and the host Chuck messaged regularly to see if we needed anything. Our work team was happy with our stay here. Access to the pool and hot tub was lovely after long work days!

Great host, great location

Charlie is a great host, and all the details were perfect. There were no surprises. The location has access to both the Turnpike and 95. It's a quiet neighborhood, and everything you need is inside the house. Charlie’s communication was outstanding. I really enjoyed the common space with the television and the pool table. The pool and hot tub directly outside were nice features as well.

Not for us

House is clean and tidy but dated and in need of a refresh. Window treatments, carpeting and lighting all have issues due to their age. There are air fresheners all over the house to mask the musty odor? Pool and hot tub lack handrails at the stairs. This might be ok for kids but difficult for older adults. Pool temperature seemed chilly and it never got warmer. There are no towel bars in the guest bathroom and nowhere to hang up used towels. There are also no grab bars in either shower and the tile floors became very slippery when wet. Use caution when coming in from the pool with wet feet. Host was responsive to our needs and questions but controlled the hot tub and air conditioning through an app.

Great home for family get away.

We loved our stay at Casa Bella. We came for a family Christmas get away. The private pool and hot tub were great. There is a pool table and games to enjoy in the house and there is also access to a public pool, pickle ball and tennis courts. We used all the community features and typically had them to ourselves. Chuck was very responsive and had recommendations for us. This is a great home for a family to enjoy time together.

Mom's 95th Birthday

We were all so pleased with the rental property - the Owner, Chuck, was so so helpful - he made our stay so much better. We loved the home - it was beautiful, immaculate, so well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool and Hot Tub were delightful - all our guests enjoyed them. My Mother-in-law turned 95 years old and we all celebrated this milestone with her at this lovely home. We definitely would come back.

Perfect home in Boynton Beach !

We loved our stay at Casa Bella in Boynton Beach, Florida. The owner/host, Charles, greeted us and showed us all the great features of the home, including the heated pool and hot tub. The home was spotless, comfortable and just what our family needed for a great stay. Conveniently located minutes from shopping, Publix, Sprouts and Walmart, we were able to grab everything we needed to cook meals at the home. The new BBQ grill made our meals even better. Delivery is available from all of these stores, also……so convenient ! Charles answered our texts within seconds as we requested the hot tub heated to temp (102) and had it ready for us when we returned from lunch or the beach. Definitely a 5 star VRBO !

Casa Bella is AWESOME!

We felt very comfortable here. Had everything we needed - except for a vegetable peeler - we purchased one and left it in the utensil drawer. Now it is perfect! Communication with Chuck was excellent-just a quick text away. Loved the large west facing lanai for morning coffee/breakfast and evening grilling. Beds were comfortable. There are three large TV’s with many channels. If you are searching for a property in this area, choose Casa Bella! You will not be disappointed.

Don’t Hesitate!

Just bring your toothbrush. That is all you will need at Casa Bella. Charles is a great host, who went above and beyond to make our vacation a great one. From start to finish, communication was great.

I am originally from Buffalo NY and have visited south Florida since I was a young child when my grandparents retired here in Boynton Beach. I have been in the Restaurant Hospitality Industry since I was 14. As a young entrepeneur I opened an Italian Restaurant in upstate NY naming is after my Materal Grandmother "Cristina ".
Currently in South Florida I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, with experience in Property and Resort Management. I enjoy golfing , boating , fishing, traveling , cooking and entertaining my family and friends.

I chose Sun Valley because of its great location between Palm Beach and Ft Lauderdale. We have some of the best beaches on the coast. Sun Valley is a friendly safe family oriented community. Our community offers tennis, racket ball and basketball courts. A play park and a community pool.

You may fish in the lake (catch and release) The Master bedroom , Living room and kitchen offer sliding glass doors with access to the pool area. You can sit and relax as you enjoy some beautiful sunsets in this peaceful pool setting.
