The Space
Step inside and be greeted by a bright, open living area furnished with a high-quality leather sectional, coastal accent chairs, a solid wood coffee table, and Ralph Lauren carpets. A 65-inch Smart TV and high-speed internet make it easy to relax or work remotely. One bedroom is equipped with a large work desk, lamp, and ergonomic chair- perfect for business travelers.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances plus extras like a blender, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. Enjoy meals in the elegant dining room with its solid teak table, bench, and chairs - or head outside for a true Florida dining experience under the Tiki Hut.

Outdoor Paradise
The heart of Turtle’s Nest is its resort-style backyard. The brand-new Tiki Hut, built by local artisans, offers shade, cool breezes, and front-row seats to spectacular sunsets. There’s a full outdoor bar with a TV, a comfortable sectional lounge area, and a huge Weber gas grill for barbecues. The entire backyard is fully fenced, making it both private and pet-friendly.

Please note that our homes are located in Florida’s tropical climate, where insects are a natural part of the environment. At any time of the year-and especially during the rainy season-you may encounter insects such as ants, spiders, palmetto bugs, or other common Florida pests both outdoors and, on occasion, indoors.

Our properties are professionally serviced on a regular schedule by Native Pest Control, one of the area’s leading pest control companies. However, due to Florida’s climate and frequent rainfall, no pest control company can guarantee a completely insect-free environment.

If you notice an unusual amount of insect activity during your stay, please let us know. The only available solution is to schedule an additional pest control treatment, and we will do our best to arrange this as quickly as possible. Please note that service availability may vary, especially on weekends and holidays.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept that occasional insect activity is a normal part of staying in Florida and is not considered a cleanliness issue or a defect of the property.

The vast majority of our guests enjoy their stay without any issues related to insects, and we appreciate your understanding of Florida’s unique tropical environment. WEEKLY PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Please be aware that our pool / hot tub service technician and landscaping crew service the property on a weekly basis. As part of their regular maintenance, they may access the backyard, pool / hot tub area, and other outdoor areas during your stay.

Our service providers have their own access through the side gate and may enter and leave the outdoor areas independently. They will never need access inside the house.

Pool / hot tub service includes cleaning, checking the equipment, and adding the necessary chemicals to keep the water clean and properly balanced. Landscaping service includes lawn care, trimming, and general maintenance of the front and backyard areas.

We are unable to provide a specific day or time for these services, as their schedules depend on their weekly service routes and may change without prior notice to us.

These services are necessary for the proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the property and may take place while the home is occupied. By booking and staying at the property, you acknowledge and agree that our regular service providers may access the outdoor areas during your stay without additional advance notice.
