This spacious retreat accommodates two families comfortably, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and unwind.

Two bedrooms feature luxurious King-size beds for a regal night's sleep.
The third bedroom offers a cozy Queen-size bed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style.
The fourth bedroom is a playful haven with a set of bunk beds featuring full-size mattresses, ideal for the kids or the young at heart.

-HEATED OLYMPIC-SIZED POOL:
open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. The pool provides lounge chairs, tables, oversized umbrellas, a pavilion, and access to the snack bar. The pool also has a diving board, a 6-foot-tall slide, a volleyball net, and a handicapped lowering chair.

-PRIVATE 11-ACRE LAKE/BEACH:
open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.

"HOUSE RULES"

We want to create a peaceful and respectful home, so here are a few house rules we have set up:

- Please respect check- in and check- out times

- Please be respectful of the property and neighbors at all times

- Outside quiet times are from 10:00 pm- 7:00 am

- No pets on/in premise

- No unregistered guest are allowed to stay on the property. Having additional guest without the host's permission is not allowed

- Maximum amount of vehicles: 4- all vehicles must be parked in the driveway

- Absolutely NO fireworks

- No smoking or vaping inside the home

- If you use the grill please make sure gas is turned off and grades are wipe down

- If you use the fire pit, please make sure fire is out before you leave

- If you damage something, please let us know so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair

- Please clean up after yourselves as if this was your home

- Trash should be disposed in the proper garbage cans and not be left outside on the property

- Always be mindful of safety

- Cameras/ Security- actively recording security cameras are located at the front, rear, and on the entrance side of the garage, which records video and audio. There are no cameras inside of the home. We do not monitor the cameras after you have arrived except for safety purposes only and to ensure adherence to our occupancy and house rules. All devices are on the exterior of the property. TURNING OFF, COVERING, OR MANIPULATING THE CAMERAS, WIFI, OR SECURITY SYSTEM WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RESERVATION " WITHOUT" REFUND.
