You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.
Kiahuna Condo 331 overlooks beautiful Moir Gardens and has partial ocean views. The condo is tastefully redecorated with granite countertops and tiled shower. It has newly-installed central air conditioning and is a few minutes walk to world famous Kiahuna and Poipu Beaches. The condo is also a brief walk to Poipu Village Shopping Center or to the pool, gym, and tennis/pickleball courts.

The space
A short walk (or drive, if you prefer) takes you to beautiful Poipu Athletic Club, with its expansive pool (including waterslide), gym, aerobics room, tennis and pickleball courts, and a bar/restaurant. Membership is included in your condo rental. Also just across the road is Poipu Shopping Village, which has great restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops. A short stroll also takes you to famous Moir Gardens, hotels such as the Sheraton and Marriott that have oceanside restaurants and boutiques.

Why Condo 331? This beautifully finished 3rd-floor end-unit condo offers great views and cool sea breezes, and in addition has central air conditioning. You will appreciate the granite countertops, tile bathroom, lovely furniture, vaulted ceilings, louvered windows, and gleaming new wood floors. You will love the view of the grounds and partial ocean view, whether you are sitting on the spacious lanai, or inside in the kitchen, dining area, or living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, kitchenware, spices and cooking supplies. The closet is filled with beach gear... chairs, umbrellas, cooler, snorkeling gear, and more. You will enjoy the 54 inch Samsung HD tv in the living area and 32 Samsung HD tv in the bedroom. WiFi, stereo and IPod connections are available. You will love the king sized pillow-top bed, and the living room couch converts to a comfy pillow top queen sleeper. We leave an extra aerobed in the closet as well as a play-n-pak. Free parking is directly behind the condo, and laundry facilities are on property. A new gas barbeque island (two grills) is only about 60 feet out the door. The condo is a short walk to the Poipu Shopping Village with its many shops, a general store, and nice eating establishments

Nice condo close to beach

Nice condo, walkable to beach. We had pre teens with us and used the pull out couch and air mattress and it worked great.

Fantastic South Shore Stay

Loved the proximity to many of the activities available on the South Shore. Great beach access and overall accomodations. We were there for a few days only, but I could see this spot being fantastic for longer stays. Thank you!

Beautiful/relaxing

Beautifull property, condo comforting and relaxing. Already miss the chickens crowing! Loved the outside grills provided. Pool and gym 5 min or less walk off property at the athletic club.

Great Location!

We had an amazing time being right on Kiahuna Beach and also so close to Poipu Beach. The location was great with that ships being right across the street or only a short drive. We had a minor hiccup at check in, but the manager was so helpful and caring! We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

Garden Island Paradise

Really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped unit overlooking the lush Moir garden with an ocean view in Kiahuna Plantation. Very well located; a short walk to beach, shopping, pool and dining. Updated appliances, newer flooring, Thoughtful touches everywhere. A gem!

This was our second stay at this condo, and we can’t wait to return. Great location, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and a partial view of the ocean. Check in was a breeze and property managers are helpful and friendly.

Great Dec holiday stay

We had a fantastic trip and stay at this property. Everything was very well done, and we found everything that we needed in the apartment. Being a family of four we use the sleeper sofa which we found to be very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed for preparing meals. We loved the easy BBQ access, and the athletic club across the street.

Cozy Spot!

Convenient spot overlooking pretty gardens inn close to the ocean. Right across the street from our concert venue. We really enjoyed the Hawaiiana touches and the super comfortable bed. Nice, updated shower. Perfect Lee appointed kitchen. Check-in takes a bit of time but all in all a great spot.

This property is at the far NW corner of the Kiahuna Plantation resort. Very easy walk across the street to shopping complex. Fairly short walk to good beach (~5 min). Traffic noise is an issue in the morning, being right next to Poipu Rd. Grounds are well kept and lots of very large/old fig and monkeypod trees

Great location and privacy

This is a great location in the south Kauai area. The unit sits at the top floor and is on the end of the building, so lots of privacy and very quiet. It has high ceilings so you get the sense of spaciousness and lots of room to stretch out. It’s near great restaurants such as Beach House and Koloa Fish Market (takeout). And being near the beach, the sunsets are amazing.

Airy and convenient

Chose this location as it was super-convenient for the restaurants, Starbucks & mini-mart. Bus stop right outside takes you into Koloa if you don't have a car. Nice high ceilings felt spacious and kept the place cool and airy. Clean, quiet condo. New walk-in shower stall was a nice surprise (a tub was pictured when I booked). Short walk through pretty grounds to the beaches. Paul (owner) was easy to communicate with and made sure everything was ok for us. We loved our stay.

Poipu Condo

This 3rd floor condo (no elevator) was clean and cozy. It was well equipped and a quiet end unit. Short walk to the beach. We arrived late and had a little trouble at check in, the key card did not work, but on site security let us in after about a 20 minute wait. Overall a good experience, and I would recommend it for your stay.

Needs care

The owner was lovely. The property had hygiene issues both inside and outside the unit. Bird feces, cockroaches, filthy coffee machine, bugs all over the bathroom. The maintenance has not been kept up. The owner was kind and horrified.

Our Poipu condo review

Excellent property, although the location of our unit was very close to the road, so traffic noise was a problem. The only other needed improvement was the kitchen needs an upgrade. Pots and pans were warped and worn, there was no spice rack - not even a salt shaker, no coffee filters. no chopping knife.

Ok place but mosquitos…

The place is accurate as listed and was clean when we arrived. Other comments about the noise from the road and roosters was accurate. We managed ok with the noise. The only thing is they need to do something about the mosquitos. We camped for 5 days on the island before staying here and didn’t have any issues with mosquitos. Our first night sleeping here I woke up with a dozen or so bites. Heard them buzzing in my ear all night. No idea how they are getting in because everything was shut from the cold at night. I ended up wearing bug spray to bed every night….

Our stay at the condo and the property was wonderful. You can see small views of the ocean from the balcony/linea. The grounds have beautiful gardens making the short 5 minute walk to the beach an enjoyable trek. There was good snorkeling right out in front of the resort. There are good surf instructors who will do a great job to help you check a box on your bucket list. The location was nice for exploring all the other areas of the island. My husband and I highly recommend a stay.

The property was very quaint. It was clean and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was wet stocked work essentials. The only drawback was no A/C but there were plenty of fans and ventilation so keep it comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Ocean stay

It was an awesome stay in a great location! The walk to the beach was a short distance (less than 5 min) through a fun little garden where we got to admire the local plants. There was an issue with the original unit but Paul was super about making sure we got booked in a similar unit and communicated all the details quickly and thoroughly. I was impressed by the communication given a most likely stressful situation. Would definitely stay again on our next trip!

Be aware

U nits are not portrayed as they really are. Beautiful grounds and beach area but units are not maintained. Carpet not cleaned, uncomfortable beds, appliances broken etc. I guess some of the units are nicer but way more expensive.

Extra comfy, great location!

Loved staying here at Kiahuna. Short walk down to beach, and very convenient to food and other places in Poipu. Paul was very accommodating!
