New listing and availability just opened for this brand newly remodeled, stunning studio condo!

Our condo is perfect for a honeymoon stay or romantic getaway with a gorgeous garden view and air conditioning! The condo features a king bed, small dining table and chairs with additional seating and table on the lanai. The bathroom divided between the sink and the toilet/shower area. The kitchen features a refrigerator, cook top, stove, sink and many useful small kitchen appliances, like a coffee maker, so you can prepare your own meals if you wish.

The condo grounds features a lovely onsite pool, BBQ area and gorgeous gardens with a koi pond.

The location of the condo is perfect for morning walks to Lawai Beach, Baby Beach or The Spouting Horn. Just a couple minute drive or a 10 minute walk and you will be at the Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center with boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries, plus a Wednesday's Farmers Market. A drug store and small supermarket are also nearby.

Another fun spot near the condo is Old Koloa Town, which is just a short 5 minute drive. Quaint, old plantation buildings have been carefully renovated and restored and are now home to unique shops and restaurants.

If golf is more your idea of fun, there are two golf courses very close by. Choose between the Kiahuna Golf Club and the Poipu Bay Golf Course.

I loved this place! It is set up in a beautiful and functional way. The location was great. The instructions were easy to follow for checking in and out. This unit may be nicer than others in the complex. I did not visit the pool while I stayed.

Our stay here was amazing! Loved the location and the room was very nice and clean. Ou AC was not working when we arrived and the host was proactive about communicating and sending someone to fix it. No problems after that!

We loved our stay at the Prince Kuhio condo. This unit is newly remodeled and is beautiful inside. The a/c works great and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great (walking distance from The Shops at Kukui'ula), convenient to many great restaurants (we recommend the Eating House and Lapperts Ice Cream), Poipu Beach (down the road) and Lawai Beach (also walking distance). We also enjoyed the nice pool.

Lovely studio for 2. This unit is on the end, away from the street and up a flight of stairs, with gorgeous foliage all around the sweet little terrace. Nice sense of privacy. Easy walking to shops and beaches. Roosters on the island so remember earplugs!

The laundry room is a shared, building-managed facility, so the availability of detergent and the change machine is unfortunately outside of our control; however, we will gladly pass your comments along to the building manager. Everything was amazing and even better than what we expected! The location is perfect, with restaurants, shops, grocery, and beaches very close by. The unit was clean and very spacious. The walk from the parking lot to the unit is breathtaking with the vegetation and mini waterfalls! We would absolutely stay here again.

7 days in this lovely condo, very nicely appointed with everything we needed. Very clean. Every night, we had to close the patio door at night & wear ear plugs due to the chickens crowing, otherwise the place was very quiet.
