You'll stay in our newly remodeled, private 2nd-floor apartment. Access is via a spiral staircase attached to the private deck. Sip your morning coffee on the 1,200-square-foot private deck looking out over the beautiful desert mountain as the sun rises. Sighting of bunnies, jackrabbits, coyotes, road runners, javelinas, dust devils, and even tumbleweeds rolling by is a widespread experience here. Enjoy the secluded pool area with jaw-dropping, uninterrupted views of South Mountain. It's big enough to get your laps in or just right for soaking up the sun and enjoying your favorite refreshments. Take it back to the deck to master your grilling on the 13-foot outdoor kitchen island. Savor your dinner while the city lights up your view as you watch from your front-row seats to what's considered the most striking and serene sunsets in the country.
Still conveniently located to downtown, all major sporting arenas, horseback riding, casinos, golf, and hiking, to name a few attractions. Here you get to enjoy everything the desert has to offer! See you soon.

The view from the deck was as advertised. We spent a good amount of time there. The place had everything we needed, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay. Great location, comfortable apartment, amazing views and very gracious hosts. Will definitely be back. It was the perfect location for me to hike South mountain, access Parago park and easily get to three different spring training ballparks.

The kitchen was adorableA little to cold for swimming but the pool looked inviting. The entire place was beautifully done. Only problem was the spiral staircase to access the place. We are old so hard to carry our stuff up and down.

Wonderful place to enjoy Phoenix! Communication was great. When our planned arrival time shifted, no problem. After a great sleep on super comfy bed, we woke up to gorgeous views of the mountains. Wish it would have been just a bit warmer to enjoy the pool!

Absolutely stunning desert retreat. The space was spotless, stylish and incredibly comfortable. The deck is a perfect spot to sip coffee, watch the sunset over the mountains and to chill by the fire. If you are looking for a peaceful escape with amazing views, this is the place.

Relaxing Stay

The "church pew" bench on the deck and furniture was wonderful to sit on to view the skyline and the nearby birds and animals. The decor and woodwork was visually appealing and unique. You could tell the owners had added a their personality to how the space was decorated.

The openness of the place is very relaxing, the big windows and expansive view. The deck is great too, although it rained a couple of days so that put a cramp on deck-sitting. We enjoyed the location, just at the base of South Mountain, so hikes were *quite* nearby. We found a range of good restaurants in short driving distance. We also used the air fryer and cooked *in* one evening. (We didn't use the pool, which is nice but not actually a "lap pool.") Bed and shower very very nice. The kitchenette is small but was enough.

This Beautiful location is HIGHLY underpriced! The view, ambiance, and hospitality we received was phenomenal! I will DEFINITELY look for this place when I come back! Everything was picture perfect and for the price, theres no better deal in Phoenix!

Birthday Week Getaway

We had an amazing birthday week! Our comfortable stay allowed us to easily launch to great hikes in the nearby South Mountain Park and Preserve. Our kitchen allowed us to enjoy several meals most breakfast and some lunches and dinners. The nearby park, golf course, and restaurants we quite convenient and terrific. Hosts provided some great suggestions! We give this five enthusiastic stars for our stay.

Super cozy stay with the best outdoor space!

This space is above the owner’s garage. Everything is new and clean with really cool finishes. The outdoor space is massive and the pool is an awesome bonus! I stayed over a weekend and the neighbors were a bit rowdy at night but they may have been celebrating a special occasion. The home has quality windows so they kept the noise out and the noise did not prevent me from sleeping so I would highly recommend! The hosts are super nice, responsive and quiet.
