Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property. A bar and grill called Bikini Bobs is onsite for food
The Summit has two large pools for guests as well as both indoor and outdoor hot tubs! An exercise room is located on the ground floor near the lobby for guests as well!
This condo is beautifully decorated with more updates to come in the next few months!
The master bedroom in this beautiful unit has a king size size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has access to the 1.5 bathroom with a shower/tub combo, 2 sinks and 2 toilets!
The hallway has a twin size bunkbed!
The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal! Including a coffee bar with a kuerig machine!
Washer and dryer available in unit.
Private balcony with glide rocking Adirondack chairs is the perfect height for breathtaking views of the Gulf!
