Welcome to West Chester, OH! This four-bedroom, 2-story home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It`s conveniently located to I-75, grocery stores, shopping, and tons of restaurants! This is the perfect home for traveling professionals or families. The home is located in a safe, desirable suburb of Cincinnati near Kings Island and other attractions. We`re just a 30-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati and 40 minute drive to downtown Dayton.

Welcome to our West Chester, Ohio home! Our home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with with a wooded view. We are certain you will love the open-concept nature of the living space. Relax in your living room while carrying on a conversation with someone in the kitchen or dining room.

We have done our best to decorate the home in a way that will make you feel cozy and comfortable. We hope you will feel that you are staying in your home away from home.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room area. It has natural light that flows through the windows. Cozy up on the sofas or armchair and watch your favorite movie or show on your large, flat-screen Roku TV.

DINING ROOM
Just behind the living room, you will see the dining room. The table can seat six adults with three additional bar stools in the kitchen.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well-stocked and comes with everything you need to cook a basic meal for yourself or a large family. There is a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods for you to choose from.

BEDROOMS
There are four cozy bedrooms in this house. The king-size bedroom is rather large and has tons of storage space for unpacking and accommodating longer stays. It also has a large flatscreen TV.

The King size master bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All of the bathrooms have towels and basic consumable toiletries for you to use during your stay. This bedroom has its own flatscreen TV and also has plenty of storage space for unpacking belongings.

There is another queen-size bedroom that features its own flatscreen TV and lots of storage space for belongings. There are two dressers in this room as well.

The final bedroom features another queen size bed. There is also a large flat-screen TV which is perfect for a fun sleepover.

BATHROOMS
There are two full-size bathrooms in this home. One of the bathrooms is shared between three of the bedrooms and the living space. The other bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. Towels and basic consumable toiletries are available for you to use during your stay.

LAUNDRY
The laundry area features a washer/dryer with soap, dryer sheets, and supplies you are welcome to utilize during your stay. There is also an iron/ironing board.

OUTSIDE AREA
There is a deck area with seating during the warmer months for you to enjoy. There is a small patio area where you can relax as well.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
**MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING**
Our properties are in quiet, Family-Oriented Neighborhoods. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for Parties and Noise complaints. Unauthorized gatherings will result in your immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
• We can make exceptions to our rules, but you must request your exception in writing and have written approval from us.
• Primary Guest must sign a Rental Agreement and pool/hottub general liability waiver release (if applicable).
• No smoking allowed (of any kind) inside the home.
• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
• All check-outs are promptly at 11am.
• Furniture may not be re-arranged.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Air mattresses must be requested prior to arrival and will only be provided if guest count merits them.
• Primary Guest must submit a photo of their ID (driver’s license, passport, state id), selfie, and must identify other guests by name during registration. This will require you to migrate from the platform.
• At management`s discretion, private security may be required (we utilize Echler USA). Details will be provided prior to guest arrival if this service is required.
• Total vehicle count and: make, model, and year may be required depending on property. Some properties have parking challenges and you will be prompted to provide vehicle information if the property you book is one of those properties.
*If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the guest count provided by the primary host, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per night over the provided guest count.
**Guests will be charged for all damages and will be responsible for paying the max daily rate of $999 per night if we must block any days or cancel reservations due to the house requiring maintenance or additional cleaning after your stay.
*** Properties are located in an area where pests (including bugs, spiders, mice, etc.) naturally occur on occasion. If we receive notification of pests in writing, we will do our best to investigate and eliminate them as quickly as possible. The mere presence of pests is not grounds for a refund or reduction of agreed rental price.
**** Further information may be requested if the primary residence is in a 50-mile radius of the rental location including but not limited to social media handle/username, extended background check, and more.
***** In cases where the Police are called, the Primary Guest will be charged $1,000 (at Management’s discretion).
******Additional $500 charge if we are called or neighbors complain of loud noises after 10pm and before 7am.
******* Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine (at Management’s discretion).
******** All check-outs are at 11am, additional fees of $50/hour if you are late to check-out.
********* From time to time, odors may be present upon arrival, please notify us and we will remedy this as soon as possible.
**********If guests are dissatisfied with their stay for any reason, they will allow our team to evaluate the situation in person (visual inspection may be required) within 24 hours to determine if property is able to be repaired or if guests need to be relocated. If management determines a repair cannot be made within a reasonable time and the issue is significant enough to affect the guest’s stay, we will offer a comparable property for the remainder of the guest`s stay. If no comparable property is available and the situation cannot be remedied, we will issue the guest a refund for the remainder of their stay.

The location of the property relative to highways, shopping, etc. is very good. Quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Plenty of room in the house for us to have our alone time. The essentials are there to cook meals. Overall, it was a good stay.

Comfortable and clean house

Overall, each room is comfortable to relax in and has all the amenities you could need. Place is clean and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all basic supplies you would need and water dispenser on fridge is bonus for those that drink a lot of water :) instead of buying lots of water. Basement with pool table and foosball was a lot of fun!

This property is home away from home!

Very comfortable and nicely furnished home. Nice neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Nice rec room in basement for adults and kids. Nice assortment of coffees for the Keurig. All kinds of snacks were provided for the munchers. Plenty of table settings and cookware. Check-in and out was a breeze. Soaps for bathing, dishwashing and clothes was provided and plentiful. We would stay at this property again!

Cinci Open

We came to watch the Cinci Open tennis tournament and were a bit disappointed with the house. It is dated but livable. Luckily we were there just to sleep and have breakfast for the most part. Bare bones kitchen amenities. Master shower has mold at bottom of shower and little to no water pressure. Bedrooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. Driveway was difficult to enter without bottoming out front end. Entrance to front patio has a sinking/slanted step. Responsibilities for leaving the house were very simple. We had little flies/gnats in the house the first two nights. I’d prefer not to stay here in the future.
