On the Ground Level, you will find the Game Room & Den with a TV and Pool Table; Bedroom #1 with a King Bed; a Full Shared Bath; and Outdoor Patio Access. There is also a Full Kitchen on this level equipped with a Stove/Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Icemaker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Coffee Maker.

On Level One, you can find the Living Room with enough seating to entertain everyone in the family and equipped with a TV, DVD Player, Deck Access, and access to a Full Bath. The open concept Living Area opens up into the Dining Room with enough seating for the entire family.
