Summer Winds A-104 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath First Floor Oceanfront Condo. Great ground floor location & close proximity to the main pool area. Spacious open Living Area with tile flooring. (Sofa is a Queen Sleeper.) Dining Area with seating for 4. Kitchen Bar has seating for 4 as well. Granite countertops in kitchen area with a microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher & refrigerator with icemaker. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed & private bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Full Bath located off living area.

Additional Amenities: 2 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 CD Player, & Outdoor Covered Patio. Washer & Dryer also available for your use.

NOTE: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes walkway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and Towels are provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
