★ MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO BOOK ★
The person booking this unit must be at least 25 years of age and be physically present for the duration of the booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of the stay. The maximum number of 8 guests is a strict, enforceable rule. We do not rent to HS senior week guests. An excess cleaning fee may be charged if an excessive cleaning is needed or damage is discovered.

Par-fact was perfect. Easy check in with keyless entry. The codes for the building and the unit we rented were emailed the day before. We had family in the town so we did not need to prepare meals but if we did, everything we needed was there. We did have coffee every morning and a Keurig and a drip coffee maker were available. The unit is on the 3rd level and there is not an elevator so be prepared to walk up 3 flights with your luggage.
