Welcome to Wineview Acres! This 24 acre former Christmas tree farm is complete with a new 2000 sq. ft 3 bedroom home with amazing views and private waterfalls. Located at the start of the Seneca Wine Trail and just a short drive to the village of Watkins Glen, we are in the perfect location to enjoy the best of what the Finger Lakes can offer. If you prefer wine tasting, hiking, fishing, or a day at the race track you will be perfectly positioned to enjoy it all.
The space
New construction in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Our 24 acre property is at the beginning of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and it boasts a beautiful valley view. We are located just 3 miles outside of Watkins Glen and the Watkins Glen State Park.
Our home defines comfort and relaxation. Each bedroom is quite sizeable and private and each room has a new KING SIZE mattress and fresh new linens. Much thought and time went into creating a soothing and peaceful ambiance to each bedroom. MBR has a TV on the wall behind the door, large walk in closet and master bathroom. Two very large king bedrooms upstairs share a large Jack & Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has an individual portable air conditioning unit and there is a fourth air conditioning unit in the kitchen/living room space as well. The living room is filled with large overstuffed furniture, including a new oversized leather electric recliner and new 55 inch smart TV.
The kitchen is well equipped with all of your cooking/baking needs including the kitchen basics (sugar/flour/spices/baking soda/condiments/cooking spray). We have a coffee station, air fryer, high end blender, mini waffle maker, electric mixer, crock pot and wooden salad bowl and strainer.
Plenty of seating is available in the kitchen with 4 stools at the island, a table that seats 4 and there is a beautiful bench in the kitchen to place at the table to be able to seat 6.
Our covered deck is a lovely place to watch the sunrise and enjoy the valley view. Often there is a wonderful breeze. We have a tree swing, corn hole game and large Jenga game for outside enjoyment.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home (1st and 2nd floors) excluding the basement and detached garage which remain locked at all times. Guests will receive an access code to the front door lock prior to check-in date.
