The living room and all bedrooms have brand new Insignia Fire TVs that are connected to our wifi to allow you to stream any of your subscriptions. A DVD player is also in the living room.
The basement is unfinished and currently used for storage, but guests do have access ONLY to use the washer and dryer and plastic chairs to use around the firepit.
The driveway, parking area, and walkway to the entrance door is dirt and does not get plowed. It can be snow covered, icy, and/or muddy so a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended and please take caution when walking to door to enter. Please plan accordingly.
Guests have access to the entire house and yard. The yard is approximately 1 acre and includes a firepit area. Please do not go into the woods or walk back the posted road/driveway that continues beyond our house into the woods. The woods and driveway beyond our house are not our property and the neighbor does not want any trespassers.
A note about cell phone service:
Our house is nice and secluded but it is in a hollow between two mountains. Most of my friends and family and I have AT&T and service works fine. I have had a few friends that had Verizon and couldn't get service at the house. Since then, we have installed a cell booster to boost signal. Also, we have great wifi so some friends with Verizon used "Wifi Calling" and could call and text using our wifi just fine. Also, if there is an emergency, and you don't have wifi calling capabilities with your cell phone plan, it is only a short drive until you will have service.
