New Construction - Private Pool - Short Walk to East Beach!

This gorgeous, new construction home in the desirable East Beach neighborhood is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. The open concept and natural light make this home the perfect place to stay and enjoy St. Simons Island. "East Beach Bliss" is just a short 700 yards to the beach & close to popular fishing spot, Gould's Inlet. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a spacious bunk room, there is room to comfortably sleep 16 guests. The primary suite and a queen bedroom are located on the main floor, each with their own full baths. There's plenty of space for lounging, cooking, and relaxing in the main living area. Upgraded brand new kitchen with state of the art appliances. There is also a wet bar with a mini fridge and ice maker on the main floor as well as a half bath. The second level has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom that share a jack and jill bathroom. There is a second queen bedroom with a pack-n- play and an additional full bath in the hallway. Two bunk beds - queen on the bottom and adult sized twins on the top - are the perfect place for kids and teens to stay. Laundry rooms located on both levels. Don't forget about the private backyard pool to cool off in after a hot day at the beach. Come let "East Beach Bliss" be your next vacation spot! Making Memories

We loved the beach (no crowds) and easy access. Sitting on porch and enjoying the pool in late afternoons was very special. My family has not been all together for several years which made this little vacation special.

This house was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation!! It was very clean and spacious - just as advertised. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. There was a small maintenance issue when we were there but Brittney responded very quickly and the issue was efficiently taken care of.East Beach was lovely and this house was conveniently located 2 blocks from beach access. We hope to return soon!

Great house and location

Our family of 10 really enjoyed this location and the house! Excellent for entertaining indoors and outdoors, and a fairly short walk to the beach, although we rented a golf cart and made it even easier. Brittney was a fantastic host and we hope to make it back.

Beautiful property

This property was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. The location is a short walk or an easy bike ride to the beach. The property owner was amazing and super sweet! We are looking forward to booking this property again in the future.

Absolutely loved this house!

My friends and I loved our stay at this beautiful home in St. Simon’s Island. The home was immaculate and beautifully appointed. The host was extremely responsive and welcoming. It was a fantastic experience.

Great location

This newer home on East Beach is in a great location on the Island. It was located in a safe neighborhood and was a short walk (5 min) to the beach. There was little traffic on the street and the noise levels were fine aside from other outdoor pool areas from surrounding homes, but even that was during normal hours so it was no big deal. We were on vacation with 6 adults and 6 teenagers and the home felt spacious enough to accommodate everyone. The two double stacked bunk room was big enough to have a couch and table/chairs for the boys to enjoy. There were two sets of washers and dryers that was a nice option with one set on each floor. The Island has something for everyone with many restaurants to choose from and attractions of all kinds to suit everyone's interest. Brittany, the property owner, was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. We actually needed to have a shower drain unclogged and a ceiling fan to be inspected and Brittany had a repair guy over within hours to have the items fixed. Having check in instructions sooner than the day of arrival would be more helpful as it is already a hectic day of travel so one is not thinking of having to find move in details at that time. I reached out the day before travel and Brittany gladly provided the details to us a day ahead. There was a nice hot tub connected to the pool but it required a text to Brittany to start the bubblers. Overall, a great experience!
