Large and Small groups welcome! Plenty of parking for multiple trucks and trailers within locked gate. Ride your ATV to gas station (with the best pepperoni rolls in my opinion), Hatfield (Pinnacle) connector to Warrior, Indian Ridge and Pocahontas. Seconds to Outlaw trails. Short ride to Outlaw Bar and Riders Paradise. Huge indoor game room that has pool table, ping pong, and commercial Ice machine included! Outdoor games and a fire pit. High speed internet and security cameras. If riding isn’t your thing, there is kayaking and fishing near by. If skiing or snowboarding is your thing, Winter Place is less than an hour away!

We had a great stay!! Very central location, we rode Pocahontas, Indian ridge and pinnacle creek trails right from the house along with many outlaw trails. House was clean on arrival and nice sheets and pillows and plenty of towels. The owner Shelby is super responsive. Any text was answered in minutes. The house itself is a unique setup. With the kitchen, 1.5 baths and 4 bedrooms in one house. And then 2 queen beds in an open room.Across the deck(uncovered) is the other house with 2 full baths another bedroom and the big living room and dining table. We ended up making the food and brining it all over to the other house for group dinners. All in all a great place and we look forward to coming back !

Overall we were really impressed with the house. We had a group of 9 and there was plently of seating for everyone and a nice large kitchen for cooking. Nice location to the trails and convient to gas station. We would saty here again.

Great for large groups

This house checked all the boxes for our large group(13) plenty of bed space. we all agreed it was a great house! The game room/ living room was a great bonus! Another bonus was the ice machine! This house has a very large gated/locked parking lot which was perfect for multiple large trucks and trailers. The location was good about 10 minutes or less to the trail head from the house . The owners were very responsive and did check in which was great! Another bonus we noticed was there was definitely plenty of bath towels they thought of everything. We definitely recommend this house and we will be back thank you again for letting us stay!

Great place for a group of riders

Plenty of parking, great family room separate from most of the other bedrooms, nice kitchen, lots of comfortable beds, super hot showers with good water pressure, and even good wifi! This place has everything you want for a weekend of riding with your friends. We enjoyed our stay and loved how close we were to the EZ-Stop and the trail entrances.

SXS Heaven

Perfect place to stay if you have a large group with a ton of machines and big trucks and trailers. We had 12 Adults in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. And the game room/livingroom/private bedroom addition is perfect for those who don’t want to go to sleep when the others do. Shelby was an awesome host and was super responsive to any of our needs. Definitely coming back again and recommend this place to everyone. Also great location for Outlaw trails and Hatfield systems.

Easy check in. Great communication with host. Not super close to a Hatfield McCoy system, but we got to 4 systems without a Traylor. This worked out great for our group

BEST VRBO EVER

If you are looking for a place for your family and/or friends to stay this is it!!!! Run, don’t walk, run to checkout and book with Shelby!! The property itself is nice and you have plenty of room for activities. Also a fire pit with wood was a nice surprise bonus! Very quiet area, saw a few neighbors but no one bothered us. The house is the perfect layout for those with a large group, especially ones that will be going to bed at different times. The game room is actual separate from all the main sleeping areas except one. This was so great for my group as we would all go to sleep all throughout the night so no one in the house was bothered by the people still up. The kitchen was the best out of any places I’ve stayed- she had everything you could think of and plenty of it. Would recommend bringing your own cups if you had a pretty big group. Plenty of bathroom space as well. We had so much fun and would 100% stay again. The host, Shelby, was soooo helpful in planning our trip and very responsive. She answered quickly and throughly and felt like a friend by the end of it! The game room had everything you could think of but we did bring an extra fold out table- definitely recommend this for more games or anything involving a liquid. There wasn’t a lot of outside seating but there was some on the porch and around the fire pit so a lawn chair or two would be nice if you like hanging out outside. The views around the property were amazing and it was great drive up!
