The master suite on the main floor offers a king bed, TV, a walk-in closet, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate jetted soaking tub. Upstairs are a king and a queen bedroom, each with a TV and a shared hallway bathroom. The bathroom is divided with the shower in a separate room, allowing fuller use of the facility. The open loft area has a dedicated workspace, cozy lounge chair, and lovely outdoor views, and it overlooks the great room below.

Venture down to the lower level into the family room with a large TV, a second gas log fireplace, a ping-pong table, and an arcade game. This lower level has big, long-range views from the living and game area and the bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Sunset Ridge has paved roads to the house and a level gravel parking area for 4 to 5 vehicles. The location is ideal, right between Boone and Banner Elk in the Valle Crucis area. Located just 2 miles off Highway 105 between Boone and Valle Crucis, you can easily access everything the High Country offers.

Sunset Ridge is in a private gated community, and groups are asked to respect the neighborhood. Sound travels in the mountains, so please be mindful when enjoying the outdoor areas. There is a countywide noise ordinance in place after 10 pm. Sunset Ridge has a ring camera doorbell in place.
