Treasure in Tremont Brownstone - Cleveland - walk to bars/restaurants. Sleeps 8-12

You will love being only a block away from some of finest bars and restaurants in Tremont with everything being a 3-8 minute walk. Our private roof top deck or our fenced in back yard are both perfect for enjoying entertaining and enjoying an outdoor firepit.

4 Bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms are perfect for 4 couples plus some friends!

Essentials are well-appointed with everything you may need during your stay!

Hardwood floors throughout the 1st floor that opens to the dining room with access to the galley kitchen. The 2nd floor includes the master suite w/ huge shower. Another bedroom, bath and the laundry complete the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor loft has a bedroom and access to your private roof top deck with amazing views of the city. The lower level is connected and features 1-bedroom w/ a full bath, kitchen and laundry.

What a wonderful clean and spacious home for our family gathering. So many reasons to stay here…. It’s walkable to so many highlights of the neighborhood and so close to everything good about Cleveland. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Womens Final 4 Trip

Good location for travelling to Rocket Mortgage Center. Neighborhood was nice with nearby stores and restaurants. House is well stocked and met all of our needs.

Fabulous Location

A family trip of three days to Cleveland. We blindly booked this because it was big enough for all of us and are so glad we did! It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee, and landmarks worth seeing. Although it may not be “perfect”, it was perfect for us.

A nice place, in a nice neighborhood, stocked house

Stayed for the eclipse, had a great time with 9 of us in the house. The house was the most stocked VRBO any of us had ever stayed at. Manager was responsive and helpful. I've already recommended to friends and family to stay here.

Weekend Getaway

We had 4 couples staying for 2 nights, we all have plenty of experience with VRBO. This property rates near the top in many ways. It was very clean, has comfortable beds, the kitchen was stocked with amenities and there is a lot of room, even with 8 adults. The neighborhood is really nice with plenty of bars and restaurants. It was pretty easy to walk into the city, overall a great experience.

Location, Location, Location

Excellent time. The host is very responsive and will fix any issue that comes up. The best thing about the property though, is the location. Walking distance to anything you could want in Tremont and even Ohio City. Gorgeous property in a lovely neighborhood. We had an incredible weekend and would stay there again.

Amazing Christmas in Tremont!

Highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone making a visit to Cleveland. The owner was extremely helpful with all the information we needed, check in and access were flawless. The townhouse itself is beyoned beautiful, comfortable and well decorated without being intimidating. Very well-appointed, all the basics and more in the kitchen. Extremely clean, very nice neighborhood. Only caution is for those who do not like stairs, but the description is clear that this is four levels. Would recommend and stay here again - thanks for making Christmas so special!

Terrific for family reunion

We were 7 adults coming to celebrate a milestone birthday and were totally comfortable & had plenty of space for 3 couples and one single. Our host was quick to respond to Qs. The living space was large enough to have other family members drop in to socialize as a big group.I’m a native Clevelander who had not spent time in Tremont before. The location is convenient, with many restaurants & bars within an easy walk of the house but I wasn’t as impressed with the servers in many of these spots-not as warm & friendly as typical Clevelanders. Not sure why we had that experience across 4 different places we went. Luckily close enough to lots of other areas to venture further out with ease.

Perfect Large Group Home!

Our family stayed in town for a wedding and this space perfectly met our needs. We had hair and makeup done in the main living room area for six girls! And the large kitchen allowed hosting six-nine people comfortably. Having a couple extra counter stools helps for a larger meal but a couple extra chairs in the closet would be great too. Highly recommend the neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants and shops around the corner. We ordered in from Crust and they had the best pizza and salad! Walked 2.5 blocks to pick it up! Lots of on street parking make the space great for guests with a few cars. The house was very clean and tidy with the kitchen offering every updated amenity and convenience. We will be back!

Wedding at the Elliot

Location was perfect for our event. Inside was generally very comfortable. Listing that ststed 2 queen beds in Living Rm was a sectional couch and and an air matress. We survived with that. No fire pit unless it was supposed to be the sand pit in back yard. In regards to backyard. There were weeds, literally 2 fr plus growing out of the artificial turf, which i pulled many out of embarrassment before my family arrived. Trash cans on side of house were overflowing upon our arrival. Remaining beds and bedrooms were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Thank you Todd for choosing our Brownstone for your stay! I apologize for the confusion on the listing descriptions. We were trying to convey that there was space to sleep in the living room but it did not give us the choice to specifically choose "air mattress". I changed to sofa bed and queen but that's all they will let us say about that space. "Fire pit" was the only thing available to list but we should have just written out "Fire Table" on rooftop to avoid any misunderstanding. We do apologize for the weeds and trash issue. We strive to keep our property in tip top shape! We hope you do consider us again if you are ever in the area! Thanks again, it was our pleasure to host you!

Great spot in Tremont!

We had a really lovely stay overall and it worked great for three couples, two single people and a dog! We loved and utilized the outside, large, and new seating the most. We had family meals inside, but since the dining table was only set for six, we had to bring in a couple extra counter chairs from the kitchen. It would be great to have more seating to accommodate larger groups for a meal. The kitchen is fantastic! The storage, amenities and lots of counter space allowed us to cook and serve large meals. The cabinets were FULLY stocked with supplies and lots of spices so we didn't have to buy extra of anything - very impressive! There were a few areas of cleaning that could be addressed in the bathrooms (hair on the floor when we arrived, hook hanging off the wall for the hand towel in the small second floor bathroom, needing a little paint and TLC in primary) and new and more towels (including washcloths) for each bathroom would be great. All the beds were quite comfortable and clean. We never did figure out how to turn on the primary bedroom fan, but lots of closet space was great! We couldn't locate the grill at first, but once we connected with the property manager, we discovered it was in the locked garage and brand new! We really enjoyed using that for a big family meal. Overall, this was a great location, lots of on street parking, green spaces to walk the dog, and close to everything for us. We've already booked it again for another family wedding in December!
