Located in the historic Chesapeake Lofts, this 3-BR, 2-BA loft was originally designed for and occupied by the building's redeveloper and was renovated in 2025. A 5 minute walk from restaurants, bars, shops, and the ferries to Cedar Point, Put-In-Bay & Kelly's Island, it is the ideal location for experiencing all that Sandusky has to offer. The open kitchen, dining and living room area is spacious, and the oversized patio offers unmatched views of Jackson Street Pier and Cedar Point. Enjoy!
The master suite boasts of a king sized, dual adjustable Temper-Pedic bed and private bath. Leave the double doors open to enjoy the amazing views!
Two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds share the common, oversized bathroom. There is also a roll-away twin bed for an additional sleeping option.
Log into your favorite streaming apps with smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
Building has outdoor pool and fitness room. Off-street parking for 2 cars.

Excellent place to stay in Sandusky

Great location, facility and view. Beautiful property, well stocked with everything we needed and more in every room, from the bedrooms, baths and kitchen.

This place is exactly as advertised and is a beautiful home to stay. I only wish we had had more time to relax on the deck overlooking the water. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this property while visiting Put in Bay and Cedar point. The unit was gorgeous and exceptionally clean. It was very close to the ferries and restaurants. We walked around the neighborhood at night and felt safe. The parking is gated. Ross is very responsive and was so kind to mail us a forgotten iPad. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Perfect Summer Vacay Spot

The Condo is beautiful, and stocked with everything you need. There were games and movies available. We all enjoyed walking to restaurants, the park, the Jet Express Ferry, and even a parade. My mother woke up early every morning just to see the sunrise. It was also quiet inside at night, even on the 4th of July.

Great overnight stay, wish we had longer

Six of us stayed overnight after a day at Cedar Point. The condo was perfect with 3 roomy bedrooms. Open Living room and kitchen/dining area were very spacious with plenty of seating. The best was the patio overlooking the water! The view is what you see in the pictures plus more open water to the left and Cedar Point across the way. Again plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the patio. We were only there one night but there was definitely everything we would have needed for cooking and eating in. Pool area and common areas looked nice as well. Overall a great place!

Excellent stay!

Our stay was really wonderful - this property is beautiful, really nice access to walk along the water, beautiful view, and Sandusky is really walkable/easy to navigate. We were there prior to the start of summer or when I would bet it gets more busy, but the condo was clean, quiet, and we got the best night's sleep, SUPER comfortable. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was friendly and shop owners are really kind. All in all it was a great time. The Maritime museum was fun for the kids and worth checking out! We didn't get to Cedar Point as it was not yet open for the season, but still a great trip.
