"El primer piso tiene una sala de estar separada que es simplemente encantadora. Acurrucarse y leer un libro en el sofá, disfrutar de un rompecabezas, seleccionar uno de los muchos juegos de mesa disponibles, o jugar a las cartas en la mesa de juego con capacidad para cuatro.
Para su comodidad, también se proporcionan una silla alta y una cuna Pack and Play, almacenada cerca del hueco de la escalera. El elevador brinda acceso a los pisos segundo y tercero para ayudar a establecerse, así como la comodidad para los miembros de la familia con problemas de movilidad. Justo afuera de la sala de estar hay una pequeña área cercada que todos los niños pueden disfrutar, mientras se relaja con una bebida fría en su terraza privada.
El segundo piso es el centro de esta casa. El plano de planta abierto permite que toda su familia y amigos se congreguen en la lujosa sala de estar y cocina. El segundo piso también se abre a la terraza más grande de la casa, que ofrece privacidad envidiable, vistas al Golfo y a la Bahía con una brisa del océano, un cómodo sofá, sillas, una cocina al aire libre con parrilla de gas y una barra de granito con capacidad para seis. Encienda un poco de música de fondo con el I-pad montado en la pared que controlará el sistema Sonos que está conectado en toda la casa. El tercer piso es un retiro de la suite principal, que cuenta con una cama king y baño privado con una ducha de gran tamaño. Una habitación adicional contigua tiene capacidad para 2 adicionales si desea tener a sus hijos cerca. La ropa de cama cómoda y los tonos marinos tranquilos de este espacio harán que sea difícil salir. ¡Sal a la terraza privada del tercer piso que domina el Golfo con tu café de la mañana para ver el amanecer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying here, the first was in 2021. It’s a beautiful house and there are several living areas which is great. The best part of the house is the back deck on the second level—it’s huge and there’s lots of seating. We loved sitting out there in the morning! Having a house at the edge of the neighborhood means no houses behind you and there’s even a small backyard. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Home

One member of our group has arthritis and the elevator was a big plus for her and for those of us moving luggage and groceries. There are restaurants and beautiful swimming pools withing walking distance, and the beach is very accessible. The portion of beach by Cinnamon Shores is lovely. It is less congested and has a much pleasanter atmosphere than lots of other spots on the beach. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything we needed to cook and serve meals. There is a large dining table where all ten of our party could be seated for meals. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but they were addressed right away by the management.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PRO's - the home was spacious & had a great layout for our group of 8; having an elevator helped out a lot. CON's - home is older/outdated, saw lots of wear & tear throughout the home; kitchen had no plastic containers which would help when taking food items to the beach; not good instructions on how to turn the main living room tv on (had to have maintenance come out several times); washer/dryer looks like it's from the 1980's; lack of black out shades throughout the home; lots of small windows everywhere & light always coming in making it hard to sleep in on mornings; had difficulty with ceiling fans not working properly and the BIGGEST CON is the internet/network connection is horrible for TMOBILE users out in the house + at Cinnamon Shores in general.

The amenities for the kiddos were great including high quality strollers and pack n plays for sleeping. Each bedroom has a private bathroom so we felt like we had our own space but were also able to enjoy time together in the beautiful group spaces.

It was perfect for our family of 11 as we had one with mobility issues, so the elevator was really nice to have. Complaints/issues: TV didn’t work, and when they came to fix it, they knocked out the internet. Leaks in two of the bedrooms when it rained. One burner on the stove didn’t work. The home could use instructions on how to use, things like the grill, fire pit, elevator, etc.

Wonderful House for a Get-Together

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was excellent and I would recommend. I was packing to leave, a very large grackle flew into the house. I tried unsuccessfully to get it out but managed to corral it in a bedroom. I called the desk. A young man said that maintenance would be in at 11:00 am. This was at 8:00 am. I tried to explain how much damage a bird this large could do in 3 hours. I packed-up and went to office. I repeated the story to the young woman and she was unconcerned. I asked her if she had ever seen a grackle. She had not. Fortunately, a wonderful employee, Justin Adams, heard this conversation. He returned with me to the house and together we were able to get the grackle out of the house. This was a very very large bird and could have done a great deal of damage in 3 hours. I was disappointed that the two people at the desk were not concerned and only offered to "put it on the maintenance list" for someone arriving 3 hours later.

Each of three couples had a king suite and the two little ones had their own bedrooms near Mom and Dad. The living areas were the perfect size for everyone to gather. The kitchen was very well appointed. Lots of extras for the babies like pack ‘n plays, strollers and a high chair. Everyone had a great time.

A Good Place for Couples

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved having the 3 king beds and especially the elevator. The house is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has everything you could possibly want. We had a few maintenance issues though; no hot water in the kitchen, difficulty keeping comfortable water temps in the bathrooms, a leak in a bedroom closet ( which a workman came and fixed but the leak returned), and a downstairs patio door that we were unable to lock. Despite this, we had a nice time and will most likely come again.And we had 4 wasp nests in the palm trees outside the 2nd floor patio but lawn care men took care of them promptly.

Family Beach Trip

The house was beyond amazing; and the elevator made it super easy getting things up to the second and third floors. This house was designed with entertaining in mind and we enjoyed big family dinners prepared in both the indoor/outdoor kitchen. We loved the views from every single balcony and window and can’t wait to return. We love Cinnamon Shore!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third visit in 5 years to Cinnamon Shores and liked Sippin’ floor plan the best for 3 generation family visit. The elevator made the visit for the grandparents very comfortable. The bunk room was great for the grandkids with bunk beds and TV and their own bathroom. Our living area was on the second level with plenty of space for all of us sit and visit. The kitchen was well-stocked. The second level back porch was great. The breeze helped keep the mosquitoes away and we watched 2 jackrabbits wandering below every day. A rating of 5 would be perfect and nothing is perfect but would give Sippin’ 4.5Our maintenance needs were taken care of in a timely manner by very pleasant people. Renting the golf cart was a good idea. S’mores and snowcones were enjoyed by the grandkids. Thanks to all for a wonderful time.

Perfect house at the perfect place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sippin’ on Sunshine is the perfect house for our group! The twin with trundle in the third floor master closet provided an ideal sleeping space for our 22 month old granddaughter. Having 3 king beds with en-suite baths meant all 3 couples had great accommodations. The bunk room has one twin over full and one twin over twin and has its own bathroom. Having half baths near the two family rooms was nice. The kitchen and dining area is open to the second floor family room. There is ample seating for 10. The outdoor dining space on the second floor deck with a gas grill and sink is also spacious. There is a third floor deck, a back porch with fenced play area and gas fire pit and a lovely front porch. We had a small leak from the third floor bath through the kitchen ceiling. Maintenance came with in a couple of hours and did not require us to be there. We were not inconvenienced and the problem was resolved. Excellent service. The house was clean, well stocked, well located and very attractive. They had equipment for a baby including baby gates, stroller, high chair and pack n play stored in a closet under the stairs. The elevator is handy also.

Providing beach towels, and high chairs and a pack n play for tiny guests would be a nice touch. The stock trash bags provided by cinnamon shore are too thin and small; so they’re useless, but we knew that from previous visits and brought our own.
