Situated in the heart of the Yorkville section of Pottsville, PA, this townhome was just completely remodeled into the perfect mix of original character and modern efficiency. The first floor includes a spacious living room with modern and classic furniture (the coziest leather couch ever!) and a Smart TV, a dining room that can comfortably host dinner for 10 people, and a brand new fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous black marble countertops, stainless steel GE (Café) appliances, and a deep, modern sink. Finishing off the first floor is the brand new back deck including new patio furniture and lights.

The second floor includes the first full bathroom equipped with a tub and shower glass unit. Next to the bathroom is a laundry room available at extra cost and for long stays only. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a Smart TV. The master suite with a king-size bed and a Smart TV is also on the second floor, and this includes a very large bathroom with double sinks and a 4-foot tile and glass shower.

The third floor includes the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The first bedroom on the third floor has a full-size bed with storage, and the second bedroom includes 2 full-size beds and a writing desk as a designated work space.

PARKING - There is a brand new off street parking area (large enough for 1-2 cars) right next to the house. Please view exterior photos for parking information. Free street parking is also available!

Guests have access to the 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and back deck. A laundry room can also be accessed for long stays only. There is a basement, but for owners utilities and storage space only.
